Note: Even though your dog is a support animal, there will be a $10 fee per dog, per night, for your stay. We will waive the extra pet count if you have two or three dogs (maximum), but the $10 nightly fee still applies. This is because having animals in the unit leads to higher cleaning costs, increased risk of damage to furniture, and potential issues with other tenants in the building or future guests staying in the same unit â especially those with pet allergies.
During your stay in our accommodation, we provide Wi-Fi. However, we are not responsible for any Internet outages. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible with our technician and/or Internet provider, but we cannot be held liable for any financial losses or damages that may result from such interruptions.
Additionally, we provide basic supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. If there is a dishwasher, we will include a few pods or capsules for a limited number of uses. The same applies to the washing machine â we will provide a few laundry detergent pods for your stay. However, we are not responsible for restocking these items, regardless of the length of your stay. You will need to purchase more if needed.

However, the landlord cannot be held responsible for any service interruptions, outages, reduced speed, or maintenance periods carried out by the service provider. These matters are entirely beyond our control. No compensation or rent reduction will be granted in the event of service failure or dissatisfaction with the quality of service.
Please also note that network performance may be affected by the number of users connected simultaneously and their use of available bandwidth.
If the service does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to subscribe to your own service at your own expense.
