The hotel is undergoing some renovations. although there was no noise, some areas were blocked off. The elevators can also benefit from renovation ( they were old and run down) otherwise everything was great. Rooms are big, spacious and clean.

I wish we knew that the restaurant/bar were under construction. Also, the wine in the room was extremely overpriced. I really liked the room though.

This was a great hotel for traveling with kids. We had a one bedroom queen suite with a separate bedroom and living space which had a pull out sofa. There was a small kitchenette with a microwave, good size mini fridge, stovetop, Nespresso coffee maker, dishes and even pots and pans. The TVs were on the small side if your use to large big screen TVs in hotels, but it included video games and which the kids loved. Overall a great stay. Great location in Old Montreal. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes, and to the river. Highly recommend.

It helped that they gave us an upgrade to a huge suite with wrap around terrace "just because" but staff was completely helpful, warm and welcoming. Room was spotless and loved the l'occitaine toiletries. Unbeatable location.

Beautiful property, wonderful staff and service! There was an Easter egg hunt organized on Sunday, that my daughter loved.. the staff were so kind and tried to accommodate every child participating. Hotel was clean and there was a bit of work going on in some parts, but we were not disturbed at any time. Valet service was quick. Will definitely come back to stay here, and highly recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is very quiet and everything was walkable like the Notre-Dame and many restaurants. During our stay they had restorations going so there were a few amenities we were able to explore.

After a long international flight I really appreciated a friendly greeting and easy check in. And I am very sure I received a room upgrade without it being made a big deal. Loved my apartment on floor 6 and the balcony and view. In fact everyone I met on staff were fantastic.

I loved how everything was so close, shopping and restaurants. I really think $41 parking a night was too expensive, plus the valet guy was expected to be tipped. Parking alone becomes $50 a day...which is too expensive. Will not return.

Perfect location walking distance to many attractions, shops, cafes, and only a few blocks from the Metro station. Despite the renovations, our room was very quiet. This hotel was very nice. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. The room was very clean and specious. We will be back, for sure.
