For the TV, unfortunately yes it is only connected to Videotron in the living room and not the bedroom. The bedroom source is Netflix. I apologize that the remote for the fireplace was not functioning for you. There happens to be the controls on the fireplace itself, should there be any issue with the remote. It is unfortunate we did not receive any communication from you during your stay, it would have been our pleasure as we could have been able to assist you. We have a 24/7 customer service and client assistance and if only you had warned us about this issue we would have assist you and sent someone right away. Our main mission is to accommodate you in every possible way we can, however we cannot fix what we are not made aware of. As for front desk, you were warned prior to booking with us that we do not offer this service. The Milton Parc provide fully furnished apartments with no services (unless prior required) other than providing you a safe and clean accommodation to stay in the most prestige location of Montreal giving you the privacy you need within a home away from home.
