It was ok.... got the worse view available probably first floor facing the back. Was expecting better especially during the week. No parking available he to park across the street at a green parking. Room was average, decent space with a little kitchen which was nice. Washroom is small with no counterspace. Hotel staff was decent not to bubbly or friendly but not rude or mean. Wouldnt stay again truthfully

Regarding the view, we did not receive any specific request from you about this preference. Considering the size of the rooms and the fact that you came with your family, especially since you visited us on a Thursday, it is certain that we could have assigned you a much more spacious suite, even with a mountain view, for a very small difference for the upgrade. We would have been happy to do this. As for parking, it depended on whether you had a sedan or an SUV, as indicated everywhere including our website, with the specifics and dimensions of vehicles that do not fit in our garage, notably due to a height limitation.We value your feedback and assure you that we are committed to enhancing our services for your future visits. This is a beautiful old world meets contemporary style hotel a stones throw away from the Ritz Carlton. You just can feel that the neighbourhood is upscale and know you’re in a good place. The room was beautiful I loved the kitchenette! Again the furnishings were classy old world charm meets contemporary luxe comfort. We did have a few problems though…slow valet, small lobby so total zoo at checkin, the hotel doors did not work we had to pry them open manually to get in and out, we received two wash cloths for three women (big no no), housekeeping left their tools directly outside our room door for hours blocking the way, the bed was comfy but squeaked anytime you moved, and finally we asked for a late check out before going out for breakfast and housekeeping cleaned our room while we were gone forcing us out earlier than hoped. I did speak to the Manager who was very understanding. Would stay again hopefully without the hiccups next time!

Location was perfect for our needs. Valet parking spots in front of hotel were not clear and this should be explained better so travelers are not making turns until there is an available spot to park the car while we check-in.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and nice. Although the hotel is in a prime location, very close to McGill University and Eaton Centre, parking was quite tricky, with only one valet available. The hotel's overall ambiance is good, despite not being very modern. The elevators were small and narrow, and with one out of order, I opted to take the stairs after a 10-minute wait.

Do not bring a big car like an SUV. It’s very hard to park in their lot. They only have 12 spots for big cars. They did accommodate our car which we really appreciated. But it was touch and go whether it would happen. Otherwise, we liked the hotel. It’s was clean. You could walk to shopping, restaurants, Bell, etc. great location.

Perfect spot for anybody wanting to be within walking distance of most of downtown, or a short cab ride from everywhere else. Lots of food and malls/shops close by, as well as museums and festival spaces. Hotel itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, staff were kind and helpful.

We stayed here for the weekend. Overall it was great, the valet was a little surprise. It was somewhat inconvenient not to have access to the car without going through them, but overall it was a good stay. We would stay here again.

The property was really convenient, the valet is awesome. I didn’t appreciate the fact that my room was next to a storage/unfinished room that was always open, It was an eyesore. The filter for the rooms heating/AC system also needed to be changed. The staff was extremely nice and helpful during our stay.

We are just leaving from a terrible visit to your establishment. I booked our hotel stay months ago and we booked a suite March 7-10th 2024. I called prior to our arrival to ensure there was a handicap parking option as my husband requires and is handicap. I was assured there would be a space. Upon our arrival the valet came to our truck on the street in front and abruptly said “we aren’t parking that rig are we” I said well yes? We are staying at the hotel and are just checking in. He responds with “sorry no space ; you’ll have to drive and find a lot to park it in” So now my husband whom is handicap, needs to park our truck and walk for miles back to our hotel we paid for? And not only that but the hotel staff when we ask there an alternate lot is responds with “you’ll have to figure it out” It’s 7pm, pitch black and pouring rain. And this is how you treat your guests who stayed from 14 hours away and are from out of town? Not only is this a disgusting act of customer service. But is this how your company supports and represents the disabled community ? I am requesting a written response to this issue immediately as we will not be letting this go.

Very nice hotel. Suite was clean and comfortable. Nice to have the kitchen for snacks and hot beverage. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a great time at the hotel. The only issue was the shower drain but everything else about it was amazing.
