Hostel accommodations at hotel price :(

First off, they advertise free parking but that's a lie. There are a few spots on the road across the street but it doesnt belong to the hotel. While finding that out, we got a parking ticket (not directly the hotels fault but if they hadn't lied in their advertising, we wouldnt have run in to get directions) The walls are paper thin, people were yelling into the early morning hours and the matress was the most uncomfortable thing we've ever laid on. Oh and there was no hot water in our room. It reminded me of a cheap backpacking hostel and at over 100$ a night, we expected alot more. Hotel workers were really friendly though?
