Overall very good experience, slightly older property. So it would need some new carpets and updated washroom to get 5 stars. Very Good Overall for the price

Did not disappoint! Absolutely lovely stay in a beautiful room that was clean and sizable. Only complaint was that the walls are quite thin, so I could hear my Québécois neighbor talking loudly for an extended period of time.

No elevator had to take million stairs to get to family loft. No refund policy even if you have emergency no money back at all Suffocating and stinky hallways Very small rooms

Bathroom shower small and narrow. It had no shelves for shampoo or soap. People with mobility issues would find this difficult ( In addition to all the stairs). The hotel is old and needs a refresh. It was a last minute booking. I would not recommend this place. There is much better out there for a few dollars more

Super overrated. The hotel has “catfish” pictures of the rooms. The lady at the reception was the worst. She was super rude and unhelpful. I do NOT recommend this hotel. The guys working were nice but overall experience was just bad. There are definitely better options.

Unique building with lots of character. The room I stayed in was small but had everything I needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet could use some finessing but overall I had a good experience and would stay again.

The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted me daily with a warm "good day." They were flexible to allow me a slightly later check out on my last day, which was very much appreciated. The pillows were really comfortable!

The pictures on the website look beautiful. Our room is absolutely under par and something I would never book. It is a very basic 2 double beds, bathroom door sticks on ceiling, bathroom outlet doesn’t work, mold around air conditioning unit. Not my standard of hotel at all.

Good place to stay. Located near sherbrook metro(5mts walk), staff friendly and helpful.Room was clean, comfortable bed to sleep , there is a microwave, small kitchen that has essential utensils. bathroom was rather small and shower is ordinary, breakfast was basic , some more choices would be welcome. Overall quite a comfortable stay and value for money, i wont hesitate to come again!

This property was one of the worst experiences in my whole life. Ignore all the pictures that they shared because they do not exist at all. NO parking, NO elevator. My car was robbed while parked in the parking :( DONT trust anything about this hotel nothing

The place is charming. The bathroom drain was slow to drain. We asked for a fix over our three night stay which didn’t happen. We left it alone as it was not a huge inconvenience for us. The manager and several of the staff were extremely welcoming and gracious hosts. Breakfast was good too.

This affordable hotel has lots of charm, breakfast was substantial and and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was cosy and comfortable but there was a strong musty smell from the poor bathroom ventilation. Also, we had noisy neighbours so the walls aren't that soundproof. Overall, a good experience in a great neighbourhood.
