CITQ #1 of 3: (291885) LE PLATEAU SUR ST-DENIS #1, #2, #3 EXP: 2026-02-28 This 4 bedrooms + 4 full bathrooms Plateau mont-Royal apartment (located on the ground floor) is perfect for a business trip, for people with mobility difficulties\*, or families with small children. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, high-speed internet & access to a nice patio. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shopping, and many attractions. Le Plateau Mont-Royal is one of the most popular and vibrant places to stay in Montreal. It has a ton of shops and cafés as well as many "mom and pop" stores. Mont-Royal Avenue, Mount Royal Mountain, and St-Laurent Boulevard are less than a 5-minute walk. Whether it is for a family vacation, a friend's reunion, or a business trip, this apartment is perfect. Let's talk parking... Some free street parking can be found at times on the surrounding streets, but guests will need to be careful with the complicated signage that is in French only. We will try to reserve our on-site parking for guests with mobility issues or small infants, but we will consider all requests. It should be noted that only smaller sedans will fit in the space. C$30/night. It is MANDATORY to use both the steering wheel lock bar and boot while parked in our reserved on-site parking. The closest indoor parking garage is located at 400 rue de Malines. Taxis or Uber are also easily found in Montreal. \* Although a regular-size wheelchair will fit through the front door, we can not call this apartment wheelchair accessible. The wheelchairs will not fit through the bathroom doors and we do not have accessible showers. If the person using the wheelchair can walk a little, this is a good choice. TO BE NOTED: There is 1 (2 inches) step to climb from the street level. 1 more (4 inches) step in the middle of the alleyway and 1 last one (2 inches) by the front door. Once inside, there is 1 last (normal height) step. OTHER NOTES: \- Once you book this space, you will have access to the whole apartment (except for a utility room that remains locked at all times at the back of the apartment). \- You will receive an SMS once VRBO confirms your reservation. It will ask you to reconfirm your phone number and to send us your means of travel. \- You must be at least 25 years of age to book this apartment. Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent's or legal guardian's consent in writing. \- No 3rd party reservations will be accepted. The person making the reservation must be present during the stay, but doesn't need to be the 1st to arrive. \- We charge a high cleaning fee only to save our guests on taxes. The real cleaning fee is much lower. For this reason, you will be asked to perform a few simple tasks at checkout. We ask that you please load the dishwasher and start it, that you gather your garbage, seal the bags, and bring them to the back alley, and that you put the WHITE towels ONLY in the laundry machine and start it (the detergent is provided). Our cleaning staff will take care of the beds (we like to spray them before washing) and everything else. \- Luggage can NOT be dropped off before check-in or left in the apartment after check-out. Our staff will not clean if guests' personal belongings are in the apartment. \- Early check-in and late check-out requests will be considered based on staff availability and will cost $60\. If the request comes less than 10 days before check-in, the cost will rise to $150\. The new check-in time will be 2 pm and the new check-out time will be 1 pm. \- \*We reserve the right to charge between $100 and $300 +tx to anyone not performing the required checkout tasks or to anyone leaving after the agreed-upon checkout time. \- There are NO regular TV channels other than the Samsung TV channels, but you can use your accounts for streaming services. \- It is important to note that travel insurance should be purchased by all travellers to protect personal belongings and last-minute trip cancellations or interruptions. Please look into it before you book any trip around the world. \- We have all the permits necessary to rent short-term in our city. We are certified by the Quebec Tourism Board and are a registered business in the province of Quebec. We can provide receipts and tax numbers upon request. We can also provide separate bills for other corporate rentals upon request. \- In addition to the pack-and-play, we can provide a standard crib, but it must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance. A $50 + tx fee will be applied for assembly and preparation upon arrival. \- With the rise of car theft in Montreal, anyone driving in should consider bringing a steering wheel lock bar or any other device that could keep the car from driving away (like a car boot). Anyone driving SUVs, especially Toyota Highlander, Honda CRV, any type of Lexus, Jeep (all kinds), Pickup trucks, or Toyota Rav4 Hybrid, are encouraged to use indoor lots (the closest is located at 400 rue de Malines, a 10-minute walk). Hosts were delightful and went out of their way to help us. Location was just a couple blocks from two different pedestrian-only streets. Whole neighborhood was filled with great restaurants. We were in Montreal for 4 nights. This location was perfectly located near the metro as well as many shops and restaurants. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. We were worried about noise but the apartment is very quiet and we had no problems sleeping. Very comfortable beds. The living room is in the center of the apartment with windows that look out on a small patio, which provides sunlight and views. Four full bathrooms proved a plus. The neighborhood is alive and you feel like you're in "real" Montreal and not a tourist area. On the street are restaurants serving any cuisine you can imagine. Fresh croissants are one block away. The metro stop is two blocks away and a ten minute ride to historic Montreal. ##### Steve D. We had a wonderful time at this awesome apartment in the middle of Montreal. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The place was clean and exactly as the listing stated. If you are looking for a comfortable stay, great location near restaurants and cafés, and a well-appointed kitchen if you decide to stay in for a night, this is the place! Each of the four bedrooms had its own en suite bathroom with spa level showers which was great for privacy and comfort. Plenty of room for others to stay if you are looking for more of an adult slumber party kind of situation. The kitchen with island featured everything you could possibly need to prepare your own meals, including full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. Don’t even worry about having to purchase cleaning or paper products, as these were provided as well. However, if you decide to take advantage of the area, there are loads of cute cafés and restaurants representing all corners of the globe within walking distance. As Americans, we loved the local boulangeries, where we could have a fabulous cup of coffee and a beautiful pastry every morning. Parking was nearby and affordable for a large city, but if you decided to forgo a rental car and use public transportation, the Metro was only a couple blocks away. The condo was right in the middle of a trendy street with lots of shopping and eating all around within walking distance. Even though on the main street it was very quiet and you never heard any street noises inside. The condo was huge and every room had its own bathroom so we all were very comfortable. The condo was fully stocked including coffee and everything needed if we wanted to cook. With so many food choices right outside we opted to eat out for our meals. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including down to old Montreal, Notre Dame Basilica and old port. This was our first time in Montreal and this place was perfect, highly recommend and hope to stay here again. Thank you. ##### Allison M. Well equipped kitchen and grocery stores nearby also a plus. Ground floor meant we didn’t have to carry luggage up any stairs. Some noise from our upstairs neighbors stomping around but not intolerable. Owner is very responsive to guest comments or concerns and immediately jumps into action to problem solve. The apartment met our needs perfectly: good space to be together and beds/bathrooms enough to provide privacy.
