The base price offered is for a limited number of guest, please check the lisiting details. There is an extra fee for every additional person. The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay. Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible. Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.
