Very nice … the name is confusing for cabbies 2 names out front of hotel … for a top notch $ hotel toilet paper and Kleenex wax not replaced and we ran out ( no big deal really for me but u pay $ for that not too happen )

Nice location, but a little old.
Great location but a bit expensive and a bit run down. The reception staff are all super friendly. Don't pay for the parking. Half a block down the street is an underground parking lot for 1/4 the price.

There were rats in the parking area, which was so tight and poorly designed, the staff were rude and disorganized, the hotel was noisey and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

The Good and tBad
Couple of things: The Good-The lobby is gorgeous. You can tell that an effort is being made to upgrade. The Bad: The details on the room on Hotels.com says there is a "deep soaker tub". There was no tub at all, in fact, when I brought it to the front desk, she looked baffled. The ice machine was broken, the front desk girl "pretended" not to know even though she did. A maintenance guy came to help, and used his bare hands to scoop the ice out of the top of the machine for us... Check out is 11:00am on the dot. In fact when taking our stuff from the room, we opened the door and there was a woman with a clipboard staring at us. Super awkward.

This was our first time staying in this location, and we will definitely stay here again! This hotel is in a great location and very close to the subway/metro. We had a lovely, large room with a king sized bed. The bathroom, while very compact, had been completely renovated. We had the use of a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker which was very much appreciated.

Stay here only if you don't have a choice. It is more a motel than hotel. It wasn't a good experience for me. Elavator very dirty, lights were out in the room, phone wasn't working, thermostat wasn't working. room was freezing. If you need something, either you use your personal phone or walk to the front desk. All rooms have same issues. when you complain, they will try to switch a room for you knowing that room has the issues as the other. Staff was rude.
