Couple of things:
The Good-The lobby is gorgeous. You can tell that an effort is being made to upgrade.
The Bad: The details on the room on Hotels.com says there is a "deep soaker tub". There was no tub at all, in fact, when I brought it to the front desk, she looked baffled.
The ice machine was broken, the front desk girl "pretended" not to know even though she did. A maintenance guy came to help, and used his bare hands to scoop the ice out of the top of the machine for us...
Check out is 11:00am on the dot. In fact when taking our stuff from the room, we opened the door and there was a woman with a clipboard staring at us. Super awkward.
