I was exceptionally pleased with the level of service I received. I had leftovers from the night before but no microwave. The staff searched the building but to no avail. The staff went out of their way to reheat my food before the kitchen had opened for dining service. Brilliant service and much appreciated.

The washroom did have a lock in the hotel room, overall not happy with my stay. Wouldn’t come back or recommend to a friend.

The staff went above and beyond in making sure our family had a wonderful experience. We visited over Easter weekend and were welcomed with plenty of activities for our children to participate in. MJ ( hotel GM?) made our stay very pleasant and made sure our needs were met and went over and above anything that was expected. My kids cannot wait to go back and visit! Top notch stay- highly recommend for people traveling with young kids.

The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all safety protocols were followed diligently, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay with peace of mind. One of the standout features of this hotel is its peaceful atmosphere. Despite being located in the bustling city of Montreal, the Delta Hotels provided a serene and quiet environment, allowing me to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel couldn't be better for those who love shopping and dining. With a variety of shops and dining options within walking distance, I found myself spoiled for choice. Whether I was craving a gourmet meal or looking for unique souvenirs to take home, everything I needed was conveniently close by. Transportation was also a breeze, thanks to the hotel's proximity to public transit options. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore all that Montreal has to offer without having to worry about navigating unfamiliar streets. This hotel was in the perfect spot to walk to all of our favorite places for brunch & dinner. Definitely recommend staying here. The room was spacious & clean. We enjoyed the hot tub at night, no so much during the day - due to kids swimming lessons... very noisy.
