As my guest you are welcome to utilize any and all of the sophisticated and modern appliances in my newly renovated apartment.  
  
Please read the instructions I send you ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive. If you plan to arrive outside the check-in window you are responsible to follow ahead of time.  
  
\-I am often out of town but my housekeepers can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.  
  
\-Although the apartment has excellent soundproofing, there may be some sounds of the city and construction as the apartment is located in the downtown city center.  
  
\-The building manager or maintenance persons may need access to the property in very rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of civic inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always notify guests in advance to the best of my abilities.
