This is a very mixed review. Check in was terrible. We had called ahead to book a parking space and were assured there was plenty of availability and a reservation was not necessary. However, non were available when we arrived. We were provided with the wrong door code for check in so although we could gain access to the building, we could not get into our apartment (we were not the only ones) so we were stranded in the corridor with a toddler after a long journey awaiting assistance. As this hotel is not manned we called the phone number associated with the property, no one answered - we left multiple messages, these were not answered. After an hour we called Expedia who were more helpful and were looking to relocate us for the night. While on the phone to Expedia a representative from the hotel finally arrived and explained they had changed the door codes and failed to update us. At least we were in. The apartment itself was as pictured. Large, nicely furnished, finished to a good standard, had all the amenities you would need for a self catered stay, centrally located in Old Town and clean. However, we were in an apartment where the rooms looked out over St Francois Xavier St and the road noise from traffic disturbed both of us (my husband is a heavy sleeper) all night, and both slept terribly. If you choose an apartment that overlooks a quieter st and call to check the check in code ahead of time, the apartments are nice. However, we will not be returning.
