This bright and charming home, located 12 minutes from the Bell Centre, offers a peaceful yet dynamic living environment. Just a few minutes' walk away, you have access to the Frontenac metro station and a multitude of urban amenities.  
  
\* 7-minute walk to an IGA  
\* 6 minutes to the Jacques Cartier Bridge  
\* 13 minutes to La Ronde (La Ronde)  
\* 6 minutes to the Frontenac metro station  
  
The house offers everything you need for a carefree and relaxing vacation. Decorated with modern style, it will charm you from the moment you arrive. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more. Three beautiful bedrooms with queen-size beds and two single beds are ideal for accommodating up to 6 people!  
  
You have two full bathrooms with washer/dryer, a beautiful terrace, and a heated garage with a private entrance (please note that the garage and my parking space will be closed starting May 14th for renovations; you still have the option of parking on the street, \*be sure to read the signs carefully). For evenings at home, you have access to internet, Wi-Fi, a few board games, and of course, cable TV.  
  
Montreal is a beautiful tourist city, known for its restaurants, bars, and festivals; the city is full of activities for all ages. The location offers a good compromise between the tranquility of the neighborhood and proximity to the bustling life of Montreal. A four-season destination, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

Loved this house. Clean and great location. Highly recommend. Just a note when renting, the alley to the parking in the back is a tight squeeze if you have a big vehicle like we did. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay at this house.

#### Quick Family Getaway

We came up to see the Pride Parade and explore the city. 3 of the five family members have never been to Canada so it was a beautiful experience! This house was perfect for our group! It was clean, modern and a great neighborhood! Would definitely recommend this home for those wanting a quiet environment while being close enough to the city and attractions!

A great location. Metro was a short walk. And a number of food markets and cafes, not forgetting Tim Hortons and MacDonalds, were also within walking distance. House had everything we required. Beds were comfortable and great hot water. Host was very easy to contact and helpful; she allowed us entry a couple of hours early and gave restaurant recommendations. A very good stay.

The house is fine. The parking is super tight to get in and out of. It would have been nice to have a bar of soap available since I forgot mine. The metro is a short walk away through a somewhat sketchy neighborhood but I felt safe. The house street area is clean and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly giving us information about parking rules.

#### Great place for a family stay in Montreal

This is a very nice property. Clean, modern, comfortable for 6 people (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with a good kitchen and 2 nice bathrooms. On a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood street in Ville Marie. Good access to the metro (Frontenac) for visiting downtown Montreal. The hostess, Aubrey Ann, was very quick to respond and very helpful. Lives up to the description in Vrbo.

#### F1 Weekend

We had a fabulous Formula One weekend in Montreal while staying at this Vrbo. Audrey-Ann was a gracious host with a lovely and clean property (complete with a bottle of wine waiting for us upon check-in). Additionally, the area had lots of great food options and was walking distance to the Metro green line. Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in Montreal!

#### Boys Getaway Weekend

Stayed at this lovely house with 4 other friends for a weekend of two hockey games. Plenty of room for 5 adults, close to grocery store and train station. Only issue to think about is parking, the garage is too tight due to height for a pickup but would be no issue for a car or smaller SUV. Highly recommend.

#### Great base for exploring Montreal 

Clean, modern property. Close to Metro and convenience store for food. Well located to access the main sights of the city. Host was extremely responsive to questions and provided ample details re parking and checkin process. Kitchen had just the right amount of supplies in it (including spices). beioverstd.

#### Short trip to Montreal

We were in Montreal for the Canadian Track Championships . The accommodations were excellent and as advertised . It is advertised as having parking but the back alley is very narrow and don't try to get in the drive with anything other than a small car . Subway was close and it was a very nice home

#### Beautiful home in good location!

My family and I spent a week in Audrey-Ann’s home. The home is beautiful and has all the amenities needed. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and the dining room/living area provided more than enough space for the whole family (5 of us total) to spend time together. Beds were comfortable, and having the foosball table was a bonus! The AC worked well, and we were very comfortable. The location is also nice - it is a short walk to the metro station, there is a grocery store nearby, and the street is quiet. We would love to stay here again!
