Detached house located in the center of a small village, between Béarn and the Basque Country, between the Barétous valley (La Pierre Saint Martin) and the Soule valley (Iraty forest, Kakuetta Gorges, Holzarte footbridge). On the ground floor: - Entrance, separate WC. -Fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge-freezer). -Living room (open fireplace, TV). -1 bedroom (1 double bed) with private bathroom (basin, shower). Stage : - Landing (library) opening onto terrace. -3 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 130, 1 bed 130) -2 adjoining bedrooms (2 160 beds, 2 boat beds for children 90 x 180) - Bathroom, separate wc. Beds made for your arrival. Electric heating in supplement. Storage room (washing machine, dryer). 1 outdoor toilet on the garden side. At the back of the house, pleasant enclosed garden (access by steps) with a view of the village church and pastures. Garden furniture and barbecue. 4 km from Tardets, 30 minutes from Pierre St Martin and the Holzarte gorges, spacious family home for 8 people with 6 bedrooms!
