The worse motel ever that I visit, they even didn’t give me a respite for my payment because I booked throughout Expedia….!?😡

Hello, it is true that we cannot provide you with a receipt because you chose the option to pay for the room directly with Expedia during your reservation. As a result, Expedia provides us with a virtual card number, on which only the amount we receive can be charged. Since we pay commissions to Expedia, the amount we have in our system corresponds to the amount you paid minus the commission amount. We can certainly provide you with an invoice; however, it will not match the actual amount you paid, which serves no purpose. We find it very regrettable that you gave us a rating like that when it is not our fault that we cannot issue you a receipt. Next time, I invite you to choose the option to pay directly with the hotel, and in that case, we will be happy to provide you with your invoice. Looking forward to see you again

I enjoyed every minute there
We stayed 1 night on our way to Halifax. It was a great choice! Montmagny is a nice tiny town by the river, very comfortable and welcoming. Hôtel Centre-Ville has everything we needed: coffee maker in the room, shampoo, excellent shower, TV with plenty of channels in English, etc. Room was very clean and quiet. Receptionist was wonderful and helpful! I enjoyed every minute there. Thank you! Will definitely stay again.

Room had a bad smell and was very damp. Realized it was coming from the extremely noisy air conditioning unit that is right next to the bed. Walls also paper thin. Was kept awake until late as the neighbors TV and conversations could be heard very clearly through the walls. Will not return

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the condition of the washroom in my room. During my stay, I noticed an unpleasant odor emanating from the washroom that made my stay uncomfortable. Despite my request to change the room, I was informed by the receptionist that the hotel was fully booked and there were no available rooms. While I appreciate the efforts made by the receptionist to provide a room freshener to alleviate the issue, it did not completely resolve the problem. I understand that issues may arise, but it is important that they are addressed promptly and effectively to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take steps to prevent such issues in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
