Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 25 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully equipped kitchenette with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1 : one double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2 : one queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- A bathroom with shower and toilet  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A 10m² south-east facing terrace, shared with another accommodation, with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Montluçon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Activities:  
\- Visit the old town of Montluçon and its medieval streets around the castle of the Dukes of Bourbon.  
\- Cycle along the Berry Canal on a peaceful greenway dotted with locks and bridges.  
\- Stroll through the Tronçais Forest, one of the most beautiful oak forests in Europe, ideal for hiking.  
\- Relax at the thermal baths of Néris-les-Bains, renowned for their rheumatology and wellness treatments.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the streets near the accommodation.
