### Le Gîte de la Route 999 - Belle maison de campagne

In the commune of Montlaur, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 133 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
Gîte de la Route 999 adjoins Les Roses d'Angelina. These two houses can be rented simultaneously, offering an excellent option for groups or families who wish to stay together while retaining their own private space.  
  
The accommodation is as follows :  
Ground floor :  
\- A 28 m² games room  
  
1st floor :  
\- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area   
\- A 28 m² kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds   
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Shower room with WC  
\- Separate WC  
  
2nd floor :  
\- Mezzanine with a double bed (140×190)  
  
Outside :   
\- A 12×4 m pétanque court. A boules set is available.   
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
The house is ideally located in Montlaur, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.  
  
Activities :  
\- Visit to the Roquefort caves.   
\- Visit to the Château de Montaigut.  
\- Visit to Sylvanès Abbey. Music concerts.  
\- Hiking and horse riding in the Rougier de Camarès.  
\- A private standard petanque pitch nearby.  
  
Transportation :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles and a utility-type lorry.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station : Millau station, about 48 minutes by car  
\- Nearest airport : Toulouse-Blagnac airport, about 1 hour 48 minutes by car

#### Excellent séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Judith et Sébastien qui se sont montrés prévenants et attentifs à nos questions. Leur gîte nous a offert tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ! Nous avons apprécié l'espace intérieur, la décoration soignée, la propreté des lieux et ... la salle de jeux ! Il est peut-être un peu éloigné pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture, mais la tranquillité est fort appréciable. Un grand merci pour les oeufs des poulettes, pour votre gentillesse, votre disponibilité et tout !!! Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir !!!
