Overpriced for what you get…Rooms are semi clean either smells like cigarette smoke stuck into the carpets and linen or the bed linen wasn’t changed if it doesn’t look dirty, bathroom needs better cleaning shampoo and conditioner is just there for show it’s completely empty. The food is a 4/10 and very overpriced we had better going out the resort, water bottle is $5 there is no convenience without a high ridiculous fee. Staff is fine no complaint really there, just with housekeeping half cleaning rooms in between guests. Water park is 3/10 it’s not much to do for the price guess the high costs is for the rooms and not the park. Arcade you have to buy separate and all food. Which would be nice if they have a deal when booking room for 2 or more nights for so much money. But overall the kids enjoyed right that’s what’s important. Hope you and your family have a better experience.

Cleanist indoor whater park ive been too! Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable as well. Staff cery nice and helpful. Dinning options on premisis limited during the week, but plenty of options around 10-15 min away. Website decieving as to when arcade and activities close, check with staff ahead of time. Site says 11pm, staff closing at 10. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
