Bright, stylish, fully furnished & ample amenities- when not in the water, kids love the bunk room & game room in the garage with pickleball, foosball, ping pong, bikes, cornhole & more! The dock, outdoor kitchen, kayaks, SUP's & life jackets are for your use! The Space: Each bedroom has its own unique wow factor. Please ensure you read the bedroom configuration to ensure it meets your needs. Each bedroom has a TV with Netflix and other streaming channels of your liking. We provide our guests with propane and a grill. A TV with Netflix and streaming options is under the covered patio too. We have a private dock if you're bringing a boat, it's a 5 minute cruise in the canal to the main body of the lake. OTHER HIGHLIGHTS: Located in the private community of Walden on Lake Conroe, your stay comes with a community card that gives you access to a private boat launch 5 min away, community pool, fitness and racquet center. The Neighborhood: This property is terrific all year round for a visit, nestled in the private community of Walden on Lake Conroe. Located on a tree lined, quiet, family friendly street. Easy access to all the community has to offer: private boat launch, marina, covered boat slip, community pool and spa, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, walking/biking trails, and playgrounds. Just a 5-10 minute drive to local restaurants, golf, and entertainment. If you decide to venture beyond the neighborhood, beautiful historic parks, great antique shopping, delicious food served at our numerous casual and upscale restaurants. There is so much to do here that you will never want to leave! The legendary hospitality around Lake Conroe comes from both its residents and the people that own the variety of shops and restaurants that are found throughout the cities that surround the lake (Montgomery, Conroe, and Willis). Locally made gifts of all types, grass fed beef, wine, antiques, eclectic items for all ages, and quality clothing are all within a 20-30 minute drive. When you're ready for a bit of relaxation, there are a number of restaurants, breweries and wineries to choose from to suit any budget and taste. It's all happening in and around Lake Conroe! Getting Around: There are plenty of options for your transportation based on your preference and what you'd like to do: Walking, running, biking, golfing, tennis, pickle-ball or to explore the local community. Ride-sharing services that can take you to Margaritaville, local breweries, and restaurants Driving is easily navigable in this neighborhood and to local spots. Plenty of parking in the driveway for up to 6 cars, no street parking. The boat trailer is required to park at private launch ramp with a permit right down the street. Other Things to Note: Because our property is on the lake, you use and assume your own risk. Guests assume responsiblity for the safety of their families and invitees upon booking confirmation. The owners/host are not responsible for any injuries to guests. There are inherent dangers in the surrounding area, including but not limited to snakes, spiders, mosquitos, undercurrents, bacteria or debris in the lake, risk of drowning, sudden storms, flash flooding, lightening. We cannot control the weather or water conditions, and we make no guarantees that the lake will be safe for swimming and recreation. Please use common sense and follow all safety guidelines and laws. The guest assumes acknowledgement and understands these dangers upon reservation confirmation and is responsible for protecting themselves and all invitees at all times during their stay. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a fee of $50 per night, per person. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 16 guests. We used this home to have a very small wedding/celebration party on the lake and it was perfect. The house was large enough for everyone to be comfortable and have a great time. We were right off the lake which was perfect! We rented the boat and jet ski and Calvin came by when we got there to give us a run down on how everything works with the boat and jet ski which was great and a very personal touch. They were very easy to communicate with during our stay with any questions we had. The house is set up perfectly for a larger gathering and renting the boat/jet ski was truly the cherry on top! I can’t recommend this home or these hosts enough! We will ABSOLUTELY be back for another stay! While the weather did not quite cooperate with us we still had a wonderful stay. The owner(s) went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. There ended up only being four of us most of the time so we had many spaces never touched but it was nice to have. Rachel’s boat we rented from her was amazing! The weather wasn’t super cooperative so we’re looking forward to staying again in the future. We highly recommend!! ##### Hollie B. We had an amazing time relaxing but the water, fished, went kayaking, watched football on the patio tv, and enjoyed nearby restaurants. There was ample comfortable seating in the living room for everyone to relax. The home was beautifully decorated and lots of information on the home & surrounding area. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO house! Our family of 11, ranging in age from 11 to 18, loved every minute of it. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided just about everything we could need. The house is perfectly situated with a lovely deck right on the water, offering easy access to a party pad, kayaks, and paddle boards. We especially loved relaxing in the chair hammocks on the deck. There was so much fun to be had in the garage, and we enjoyed jogging and biking in the quiet neighborhood. The beds were super comfortable, and it’s clear the hosts thought of everything to make this a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend! ##### Mary Kay H. Séjour de 3 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### BEVERLY A. 16 juill. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Wonderful stay for our family after Hurricane Beryl Power came on at this property the morning we wanted to arrive and I really appreciated the owner's quick responses to get the house arranged for us to check in early. The house was wonderfully spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. Appreciated the big open cabinet for pantry items and the big pots and pans for cooking meals for a crowd. Thank you for providing some basic cooking supplies - we appreciate the oils, foil, ziplocks, etc. We loved the floating party pad and the outdoor kitchen area is awesome! We found lots more toys in the garage - the mini pickleball court and shuffleboard were unexpected perks. Lots of kids life jackets available in the garage - could probably use a few more adult size jackets. Comfy beds in the rooms although the 4 queen bunks are squeaky with any movement. The only improvement I can think of is making more bathroom towels available - we had to do daily laundry to have enough clean towels daily for everyone. Oh, and the washer needs a good cleaning - it was moldy. Thank you - we hope to stay here again in the future! ##### BEVERLY A. The property was very clean and communication with the property managers was easy, they are highly available. We went there with my family and friends, and everyone was impressed by the amenities of the property as well as the detail Rachel and Calvin had set up for our first day. The check-in process was easy, and it took me no time for access to the property, I had a couple of teens and I was not short of things to do to keep them entertained, the adults that visited were relaxing on the deck. I had a self-inflicted issue with Wifi ( I unplugged the power by mistake) and Rachel immediately answered the call and dropped by to make sure it was fixed, THANK YOU. one thing that impressed me was the labels. everything that you need to use is labeled so you don't waste time to find lights, fans, spatulas, pots and as a PLUS there are clear instructions on how to operate the gas grill as well as how to get around the neighborhood. Thank you, Rachel and Calvin for all your work to make sure we had a great time at Lake Conroe. ##### Jose Luis C.
