Ideal for up to six people, it is under 10 minutes away from downtown and features two dens, king-size beds, a sun room, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room. The Space: This unique home is two side-by-side units combined into one spacious home ideal for larger groups or separate families. Guests can benefit from having more privacy and space during their stay which includes two comfortable living areas to relax. The living room is the heart of the home with its soft furnishings, ambient fireplace and comfortable seating. After a long day working or exploring nearby attractions, turn on the Smart TV offering TV offering Roku, Prime Video and Netflix and enjoy your favourite programmes. When hunger strikes, prepare your favourite foods in the fully-equipped kitchen or have your morning coffee in the sun room which features two inviting armchairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster and coffee maker. Enjoy your meals at the four-seater glass dining table which can also be used as a workspace if needed. There are two welcoming king-size, en-suite bedrooms fitted with fresh bedding for a good night’s rest. Each room has a king-size bed for up to four people. Both rooms have a Smart TV, walk-in closet and one room has a dedicated office desk and chair. Freshen up in the two full bathrooms which include a bath/overhead shower, mirror, basin and toilet. For your convenience, this property includes a washing machine and dryer.
