The property was wonderful and our group of Girl Scouts really enjoyed our stay! The location is downtown and close to many places of interest, while still being in a quieter part of the city. The house was very clean, well decorated and perfect to accommodate our group. We were delighted to discover all the different rooms and staying here was one of the highlights of our trip! The hostess, Cassandra, was quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to accommodate us and recommend places to visit in the area. Highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!

#### Wonderful and Unique Stay…

Just needed a place for one night but wishing we could have stayed longer! We had such fun exploring this unique “home” and would have enjoyed exploring the area around if we’d had more time:) Beautifully decorated and enough room for our family of 12\. Our 3-year old granddaughter loved the collection of childrens’ books at the home and wanted to read all of them. The host was very quick to respond too. Thank you for sharing your place!! Definitely recommend, but stay for more than just one night so you can really enjoy it!!

I use to actually live at this property years ago as a residence! And I loved the location and everything about it! Seeing what Ms. CC has down with the place is absolutely amazing! It’s truly breathtaking and so cozy! She pays attention to every detail in her designs and that’s what makes the place feel so much like Home! It was super nostalgic to be back at 308 and it was a great time! The place had more than enough room for me and my team! My players loved it and had a great experience! If you’re looking for a great location downtown and place to stay with plenty of room for a big group…book this place now! You won’t regret it! Tell her Coach sent ya ☺️

#### Family Reunion in Montgomery

The Quarters was everything!!! When we entered the place, my family was so surprised of the beautiful interior decor. It accommodated the ages of elderly to the teen youth. Exterior - we were a little concerned, but after staying there the place grew on us, immediately. It was clean and spacious, everything you need was available. This place is in downtown, where you are able to experience historical sites, museums, and easy access to the highway. I was so delighted to have reside at The Quarters. Tracy D

#### 4 of July Family Fun

The history was so amazing! The space was such a welcome surprise. The outdoor photos do not do this place justice. Each room is a manicured trip into history and a tribute to those that made Montgomery a great place and the historical landmark that it is. We were lucky enough to stay here on the 4th of July where we got a front row seat to one of the most amazing fireworks displays i have ever seen. Amazing stay.

#### quirky, comfortable downtown home!

We stayed here as part of a larger church group on a civil rights tour of Alabama. We loved how close it was to the Legacy Museum, Rosa Parks Museum, Mothers of Gynecology and so much more! Including cafes and restaurants. The house is big and comfortable with quirky decor, two kitchens, a big side yard and easy parking. Would recommend, 100%! One additional bathroom would have been nice, but you can't have everything...

#### Amazing stay in Montgomery

I would 100% recommend this property if you are coming to Montgomery. We booked for a golf weekend at RTJ. The property was convenient to the course and was right in the middle of downtown Montogomery, so we got the best of both worlds. The property is as advertised and provided plenty of of space for our group. I would book this again in a minute. Cassie was responsive and incredibly easy to work with.

#### Montgomery stay with lots of room, great neighborhood

We enjoyed the large rooms, comfy beds, multiple gathering areas and bathrooms. Great neighborhood for walks with a variety of unique homes, near a park, and a bakery/pizza place with yummy options. Easy and quick to get downtown.

I was a little perplexed when I first drove up, but was very pleased once I entered the property. This property has so much character. Great place to stay for a family vacation. I recommend this property.
