Dans une belle bergerie

Belle bergerie aménagée en gîte très propre et très fonctionnelle tout le nécessaire et une grande piscine très bien entretenue. Un très bon accueil par Pierre très disponible et à l’écoute. A refaire les yeux fermés.

Maison au calme

Bergerie restaurée avec soin, mais quelques éléments ne sont pas corrects. Par exemple, un des volets de la grande baie vitrée ne s'ouvre plus (et ce depuis 2 ans, ce n'est pas nouveau). Cela gâche un peu un des atouts de cette maison. Certaines lampes n'ont pas d'abat-jours et sont seulement des ampoules au bout des fils électriques. Il y a même une prise de courant avec les fils apparents dans une salle de bain (cachée derrière une panière). La cuisine mériterait un peu plus de matériel : il manque un peu de saladiers pour faire les salades d'été. A noter aussi que la description n'est pas correcte : la taille des lits adultes est incorrecte et le linge de maison n'est pas fourni, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. Malgré ces désagréments, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet endroit calme avec un grand jardin pour que les enfants jouent et une grande piscine. L'auvent à côté de la cuisine est très bien pour manger dehors lorsque le soleil est au zénith ou le soir pour se protéger de la fraîcheur. La maison est au grand calme. L'emplacement, loin des éclairages publics, est aussi parfait pour regarder les étoiles le soir.

séjour très agréable

Maison agréable, bien equipée et bien aménagée. La piscine est parfaite pour une famille et bien entretenue. Jeux de piscine et de société +DVD fournis. L'absence d'internet haut débit n'est pas un problème. Au contraire, déconnexion dans une belle nature. Bémols pour la maison: l'escalier est un peu dangereux pour les enfants, pas de climatisation dans la chambre du bas, et pas d'ombre possible pour la terrasse plein sud, utilisable donc seulement matin et soir. Très belles vacances quand même. Et le gérant est très attentif aux besoins des clients. Je recommande ce gite.

Magnifique séjour au calme

Superbe séjour dans un environnement magnifique au calme au milieu de la nature. La maison est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle ! Pierre nous a communiqué toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter au maximum de nos vacances (marchés, adresses de producteur, restaurants ...). Il a toujours été disponible pour l'entretien de la piscine et pour répondre à nos questions !

Gîte magnifique au sein d’une nature paisible

Le gîte est parfait pour 2 familles avec enfants, plutôt confortable, les environs à pied sont magnifiques (petits chemins peu fréquentés à proximité du gîte). Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause de la météo mais elle doit être agréable. La rénovation du gîte et des bâtisses autour est de qualité. N’espérez pas trouver du réseau 3 ou 4G, ça ne capte pas bien du tout (mais la collection de DVD est bien fournie, et nous avions prévu des activités manuelles pour les enfants). Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est très pratique, il y a tout le matériel nécessaire (super collection DVD pour les enfants), et la piscine est bienvenue (rivière à 20 mn et lac à 5mn). Cohabitation avec les personnes de l'autre gîte très simple. Nous le recommandons vivement. (simple remarque: matériel de cuisine à enrichir. C'est un détail).

Très bel endroit

Logement impeccable très bien agencé. Beaucoup d'espace,très calme, dans un environnement qui respecte l'authenticité du lieu. Seul bémol: l'absence de connexion. Ce qui a empêché l'ensemble de la famille de se réunir. Cet inconvénient a été évidemment potentialisé par la période de Covid.

Très agréable maison au calme

Maison très jolie en pierre et claire grâce à de nombreuses fenêtres. Disposition des chambres idéale pour deux couples avec enfants. Piscine top, aucun vis à vis. Contact facile et efficace avec le propriétaire et personne sur place très serviable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Jour de l'An à Montgesty

Très belle demeure du Quercy restaurée et agencée avec beaucoup de gout ,tout en alliant la pierre du Lot et la modernité des volumes.Des ballades bucoliques dans un environnement protégé.A proximité du lac de Catus et à 2 pas du village des ARQUES et son musée, et pour les papilles gourmandes le "Gindreau" n'est pas loin. Propriétaire aux petits soins,séjour parfait !! A recommander.

Joli gîte, site charmant et paisible

Ce gîte tout confort est très joliment rénové et situé dans un cadre calme et très agréable. Grande piscine à partager avec le 2eme gîte voisin, très agréable elle aussi. Quelques éléments sont perfectibles (de quoi étendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain, l’étendoir à linge, quelques équipements de cuisine : couverts, couteaux... ) mais David semble à l’écoute de ses locataires et je suis sure qu’il saura prendre en compte nos remarques. Tout cela n’empêchant pas d’agréables vacances, je conseille vivement ce gîte.

Très belle maison, toute équipée, la fraîcheur du Rdc est très appréciable la journée, et la piscine rajoute un vrai plus. L'endroit est d'un calme fantastique, très reposant. Rien à redire.

Séjour Août 2019

Ce gîte a été rénové très récemment et est très agréable, isolée et calme. Pas de commerces à pied mais en voiture à 5/10 min il y a tous ce qu'il faut. Piscine au sel ce qui est très agréable mais aussi plus sensible à la saleté. Petit bémol sur les équipements de la maison : il manque un parasol et une bonne table (une en plastique quand nous sommes arrivées) sur la terrasse et des couverts en bon état (ils étaient anciens) par exemple. Mais globalement nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Au top !

Gîte très fonctionnel (il n'y manque rien) dans une bâtisse magnifiquement restaurée, au calme mais idéalement placé pour découvrir les sites historiques et touristiques du Quercy et du Périgord voisin. Et si vous appréciez la randonnée, voire la course à pied, la région ne vous décevra pas. La piscine avec vue plongeante sur la campagne environnante est top ! Bref, nous y avons passé un séjour en famille très, très agréable. Adultes et enfants enchantés ! Et en plus un propriétaire sympathique, bienveillant et disponible :)

Nous avons été très heureux lors de notre séjour à Montgesty. La maison parfaitement équipée était propre, le linge prêt... La piscine est très agréable est bien équipée ! Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.
