Beautiful 2-room apartment for 4 people on the 1st floor with elevator in the Paradis Latin building, Le Palatium entrance, in the hills above Montgenèvre.  
  
This apartment comprises:  
\- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm)  
\- a living room with a queen-size sofa bed (160 cm), opening onto a south-facing balcony, which leads to:  
\- a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, mini-fridge, microwave, 4-burner electric cooktop, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.  
  
\- a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet, as well as a washing machine.  
  
This accommodation includes a garage; parking spaces are available in front of the building, subject to availability.  
  
A free shuttle bus stop is located in front of the building.  
  
Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee.  
  
Cleaning is NOT included.
