Set within an acre of gardens adorned with ancient olive trees, a private swimming pool, and a tennis court, this villa is the perfect holiday retreat for creating lasting memories with loved ones while soaking up the culture and natural beauty of southern France. Step inside and discover three inviting living rooms and a spacious kitchen-diner with a breakfast bar. Thoughtfully designed to offer both relaxation and social spaces, the home features a Smart TV, billiard table, ping-pong, board games, and bicycles - ensuring entertainment for all ages. The five attractive bedrooms offer space and privacy. On the ground floor, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds (one of which can be configured as a twin) are complemented by a third bedroom with a queen-size double. Upstairs, two more bedrooms with queen-size beds share a bathroom, allowing Mas de L’Olivette to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. It’s around a 20-minute walk or a short cycle ride/drive along local roads/pathways to a small, traditional Hérault village with a butchers, pharmacy, pizza restaurant and a twice-weekly weekly market.
