Poggio Cuccule, a beautiful stone house from the late 1700s, offers the perfect vacation rental for those seeking relaxation and immersion in the stunning natural surroundings of Montegonzi, near Montevarchi, Italy. The manor house boasts a fenced-off 7,000m2 plot, complete with a private swimming pool, yard, internet wifi, and parking. Accommodating up to 16 guests, it provides ample space for large groups or families to unwind.

Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and woods, Poggio Cuccule offers a panoramic view of the countryside that will leave you captivated. The property features a private swimming pool (6x12m), garden furniture, barbecue, and fireplace, creating an idyllic setting for outdoor enjoyment and alfresco dining.

The property is situated in a quiet, sunny, and elevated position, accessible via a steep, unmade road (200m), necessitating a car for convenient transportation. Linen is changed weekly, and room cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Guests also have the option to hire a cook to prepare delicious meals during their stay, allowing them to savor the flavors of the region.

Conveniently located just 7km from Montevarchi, Poggio Cuccule is in close proximity to shops, grocery stores, and public transportation. Unit Layout  
Poggio Cuccule is a stunning 11-room house spread over 310 square meters on two levels. The upper floor houses a small lounge with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with an open-hearth fireplace, two double bedrooms, each with a shower/bidet/WC, and a room with two beds. The kitchen on this floor is equipped with five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer, and has a dining table. There are also two shower/bidet/WC rooms on this upper floor. If you enter the house on the ground floor, you'll be greeted by a large living room (32 square meters) with an arch that separates the billiard room from a living area. Additionally, there is a 100 square meter dependance on two floors, where the ground floor has a double bedroom, a kitchen with access to a large covered and equipped porch, and a shower-bidet-WC, while the first floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a shower-bidet-WC.

The villa boasts beautiful antique furnishings that add to its charm. It offers amenities such as a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, pet-friendly policy, fireplaces (open-hearth), satellite TV, heating availability, microwave, and television. The maximum capacity of the villa is 16 guests, with 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
Poggio Cuccule offers a panoramic view of the countryside, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing vacation. Please note that when there are fewer guests staying at the property than the maximum capacity, the annex will not be available for use. The house features beautiful antique furnishings that add to its charm, creating a magnificent atmosphere for your stay.
