My Italian language skills are terrible and the staff spoke perfect English and answered all of my questions about the pool, beach and transportation needs. The breakfast was excellent and I would definitely recommend adding that as a feature when booking. It’s the nicest hotel in the area and the nicest beach. You cannot go wrong by booking here. Lots of screaming kids and people getting up at 7:30am being loud and slamming doors to get to breakfast. The breakfast is poor with hosts that don’t help or assist you to find your seats. Das ist reine abzocke. FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist echt begrenzt, hatten kein Mittag und Abendessen gebucht. Parkplatz auf dem Hotel Areal muss zusĂ€tzlich gebucht werden, 8 Euro pro Tag. Obwohl es Nebendran freie ParkplĂ€tze hat die nichts kosten. Aber beim ckeck in machen sie dir schon fast Angst das dein Auto da abgeschleppt wird. 6 Tage waren wir im Hotel und da waren hunderte Autos geparkt. Die Unkenntnis wird komplett ausgenutzt. Fattar inte varför har de fortfarande 4 stjĂ€rnor för det rĂ€cker nĂ€mligen knappt till tvĂ„. I rummet fanns det inga stolar att sitta förutom en och sjĂ€lvklar var den obekvĂ€m. Kuddarna pĂ„ sĂ€ngen var ocksĂ„ under all kritik i det som gĂ€ller bekvĂ€mlighet - klumpiga och samtidigt ganska hĂ„rda. NĂ€r vi checkade in sĂ„ var det redan ganska rejĂ€lt lager av sand i vĂ„rt rum trots att vi har precis klivit in. Renlighet i badrummet Ă€r 0 av 5\. Spegeln fick jag tvĂ€tta och torka svĂ€lt för att kunna se nĂ„got i det. DĂ€remot sĂ„ hade vi aldrig problem med handduk - de hĂ€mtade inte upp de vid stĂ€dning, bara lade till. Av nĂ„gon anledning stĂ€ngde de stranden med jĂ€ttegrinden varje dag kl 19\. Restaurangen sĂ„g halvstĂ€ngdt ut hela tiden och baren i lobbyn var lĂ€mnat av bartender för lĂ€nge sedan och under vĂ„ra 5 dagar sĂ€r var ingen dĂ€r. AC funkade knappt sĂ„ det var stĂ€ndigt varmt och kvavt i rummet. El stĂ€ngde av i hela rummet inklusive eluttag sĂ„ fort man lĂ€mnar rummet. Samtidigt fick vi en kort-nyckel sĂ„ vi kunde inte ladda t ex kamera nĂ€r vi lĂ€mnade rummet. Frukosten var ganska dĂ„ligt och trĂ„kigt sĂ„ 2 av 5 hĂ€r ocksĂ„. Havsutsikt Ă€r ren fusk för vi fick se en kvadrat meter övan taket frĂ„n fransk balkong. There was old carpeting in the room that was dirty and had mold. The furniture was beat up. We called housekeeping to revacuum our room but all their vacuum cleaners were old and did not have any suction. The hotel was tacky and noisy. We did not like to be anywhere in the hotel nor by the pool or on the beach.
