Clean and comfortable bed... Clean swimming pool and is indoors... Good view to the Cerro de la Silla... The Stuff is really helpful and the continental breakfast is really good...I will book My next stay there...

Pool not working, toilet kept clogging, rooms very old. Breakfast was good, but very limited change if purchasing anything from sundries.very limited staff with english speaking ability. Friends room had to be moved due to bed bugs.

Worst customer service ever! Our room was given to use one hour and 30 minutes after check-in time. The food at the buffet was... lacking. No food at all. We had to spend money to purchase our breakfast somewhere else. I hate this place!

The property seemed to be more of a stay at a motel instead of a Holiday Inn hotel. The towels were worn out, it seems that the property needs to consider investing within the property such as in purchasing new towels and actual amenities, and possibly fix their humidity issue as well. Maintenance was a constant issue elevator being out of order and such. The staff was great but the condition of the hotel and the amenities was just absolutely awful. For the price I paid I expected more rather than what was given.

Property is old elevator would get stuck and we would have to use the stairs most of the time,Towle was stain with blood, pillows smell like sweat, the like in the shower had mold and was falling apart. Pool area is really nice but thats about it.

The bedroom was spacious but unfortunately the lift was always broken and we was unable to use our breakfast vouchers due to the hotel not being able to accommodate the amount of guests staying there, we also had house keeping knocking on our door at 22:00 asking to clean the room after they had all day to do it.

-The hotel needs renovation. The rugs of corridors where old and smelled like humidity because they had some fans trying to circulate the air in that area. -I loved its location, its located in a very accessible and safe area.

La propiedad muy descuidada no me cambiaron toallas ni sábanas y no había mucha presión de agua en la ducha además el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente. La verdad me voy muy decepcionado considerando que soy huésped frecuente de ese hotel .

We had to switch rooms as assigned room was too warm. This room also had no water pressure and tub was extremely slippery. Staff was very gracious and quickly moved us to a better room.
