El hotel es ya viejo. Los baños estaban sucios y las sabanas y cobijas se sentían extremadamente desgastadas. No proporcionan toallas en los baños hasta que son solicitadas en la recepción.

This place looks great online, but it has what seems like an abandoned construction in the back. I only saw men inside the hotel wandering in the hallways. I saw construction workers and men who didn’t seem to have a purpose. It really made me feel uneasy and unsafe. The area is ugly and looks very dark and empty, no people or areas to walk to. I had to leave a couple of hours after my check in, because of it not feeling right. Front desk only offered a different room on a different floor. I left..

The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is not worth your time. We sat down and ordered right away, it was 30 minutes before waiter return with drinks, appetizers, and all the food. Food was average. Waiter brought me the bill and disappeared. He came back 15 minutes later. Paid the bill and noticed that had already added on the tip. Services was horrible.

La persona de recepción, me dijo que solo le aparecía 1 de las 2 habitaciones que contraté. Cuando le demostré mis reservas previamente pagadas, se limitó a decir que no reconocían a esta plataforma como autorizada para reservar.

Muy limpió los cuartos, el desayuno muy completo. La verdad se los recomiendo. Es un precio muy económico a comparación de otras cadenas y la verdad están al mismo nivel en cuanto al servició.

Great rate for what you receive
Located near exit to many states such as San Luis Potosí / Guanajuato/ Michoacán. Close to one of the nicer parts of Monterrey. Breakfast buffet good, if anything it would be great to add an extra toaster. Rooms are great with outside noise and black out is amazing. Free parking and friendly staff.

Disappointing at best...
Aged hotel in need of updating; the restaurant was basically room service only. Breakfast was served on styrofoam plates, cups, and plastic utensils. Water pressure in the shower was poor and the water was extremely hard leaving a film on your skin after rinsing.

Good enough
Conveniently located to the US embassy where we had an appointment, we had a good stay. Breakfast was good and the rooms and good size. Lumpy pillows and hair on the towels were the only thing to improve.
