The apartment is located in the historic center of Monterosso, in a quiet area. It has an exclusive garden shaded by lemon trees, hydrangeas and carpeted with plants typical of Liguria, with table, umbrella, and chairs.The interior has been newly renovated and the home is very spacius and confortable with two separate bed rooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms /shower.
Due to the location the house il recomended for those who prefer to avoid stairs and ascents. Wi-fi is not available
Upon arrival, the identity documents of all guests will be requested, for the registration of attendance and the payement of tourist tax in the amount of € 2 per day (maximum 3 days) for each member of the family over the age of 12, children under 12 are exempt Upon arrival, an advance payment will be requested for the costs related to heating consumption which will then be quantified and paid at the end of the stay based on the consumptions detected and the prices in progress.

Lovely host but cottage needs a lot of attention
The host is a lovely lady who was very attentive before we arrived and really welcoming. The photographs did not represent real life so there was actually no space for 4 people to sit and relax. The place smelled of damp, the bed was very uncomfortable...spring marks on my back and the kitchen outdated and musty.

Amazing place, host and perfect location
We could not have been happier with the place or host. The fensed in outside area was bigger than expected with beautiful lemon trees and flowers. Location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Unique location in beautiful town
Everything about this experience was perfect for us. Ambretta & Bruno(our hosts) were helpful and charming before and during our stay. Although the apartment lacked indoor lounge space the outdoor area made up for it. The kitchen was well equipped, the location was amazing, close to shops, cafés and restaurants and the town was enchanting, definitely the best of the 5 in our opinion. We would love to return one day. Thank you Ambretta & Bruno you are very special and we will remember you forever

Very relaxing part of our 4 week away holiday...spent a week here enjoying the amenities..even had a beach umbrella that we borrowed..everything you needed was here.We shopped and cooked which was a nice change several nights..so close to everything and the beach especially..would definitely return..Ambretta very kind and welcoming was such a pleasure ...lovely memories thank you!

Exceptional hosts Ambretta and Bruno made our stay in Levanto truly memorable and hassle free
The two bedroom apartment in Levanto was wonderfully furnished, spotlessly clean, spacious and well maintained with all the essentials we needed. Ambretta & Bruno met us at the station on the rainy afternoon we arrived and helped us with our luggage, responded to our requests promptly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The location is very convenient and within short walks to a surf beach on the Med, excellent little cafes and shops on our doorstep and only five minutes to the Levanto train station which was one stop (4 minutes) way from Monterosso in Cinque Terra. We would highly recommend staying here as an option and less crowded gateway to Cinque Terre. We stayed here for five nights and if not for other commitments would have loved to stay longer.

Arrived & promptly looked for other housing
When we arrived, the apartment had mosquitos and spiders on the wall in one of the bedroom along with numerous spider & cob webs. We didn’t want to stay here. We alerted the owners. We accidentally left a couple of items there & they were very kind to meet us so we could retrieve our belongings. They apologized for the mosquitoes & said it’s never been a problem. Then promptly pointed out several mosquito deterrents available in the apartment which was strange if it had never been a problem. I also pointed one out as it buzzed by to which the owner replied “there’s just 1”. I thought “ I want none!”. We didn’t stay at all & asked for at least a partial refund & they said NO REFUND. So In essence we paid for 4 nights we didn’t even sleep there & got no money back. If u are looking for a very clean apartment & bug free, don’t choose this one.

a great location Very Cosy but needs a little TLC
Ambretta was very nice and tried to be very helpful. The bathroom needs to be updated and needed more bath towels for a two bdr cottage Wonderful locations and many good restaurants very near the apt. Also no WiFi !,
