"We stayed in the full ocean view room, it was right over the water, the balcony was perfect for the in room continental breakfast that was delivered to our room. The staff were amazing, everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Both Cannery Row and the warf are about a 10 min walk, excellent location. The bed was very comfortable with nice quality linens. "

"Staff was great! Got a room upgrade with amazing view Food at restaurant was great too. Room service came straight from the restaurant and took maybe 20 minutes!! The fries were still hot and crispy!!! I cannot wait to go back!!! "

"Good place especially for families with kids. However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed...
