The host was very resonsive to question prior to our visit. Only suggestion would be to have screens on windows so we could enjoy the cool breezes. This is a nice home in a residential area of Seaside. It is well kept and is a short drive to Monterey and Carmel. It suited our family of 5 with 3 young adults well.
