We stayed here in April 2023, it wasn’t fancy but it was clean and good place to stay. Stayed again in April 2024, the cleanliness has dropped a lot. Our first room was filthy, dirty walls, floors, towel. We moved rooms (something I’ve never asked for in my life) and the next room was cleaner still not great. Noisy people until 11 at night, staff didn’t do anything. Sadly won’t stay here again.

Sheets and towels were clean and bathroom area looked clean. The old carpeting had all kinds of dirty spots that didn't look like any had been attempted to be cleaned! The mattress was firm. I couldn't get the TV to work. The curtains were in bad condition. I tried to get a doubles room on the ground floor but they only have doubles on the second floor and wouldn't change anything because it was arranged online through Expedia!

The room is very outdates, also dirty I seen someone’s hairs on my bed I seen dirty lamps curtains dirty covers to the lights in the bathroom this property is very unsanitary I was very uncomfortable with my stay will never come here again

I really like the front desk clerk Denise. Room is comfortable but the night table drawer is missing a knob. Lamp has a loose plug and floors behind the nightstand are dirty. The price is right so I can overlook these small issues.

Arrived and picked up my key. When she asked if I wanted upstairs or downstairs, I requested quiet, was given 141, right by the freeway. LOUD! While more was dingy and run down. Room smelled of light bleach, appeared clean at first. I unloaded my car, put on a jacket, hit the head and prepared to go. Then I noticed: Toilet seat was loose, barely fastened to toilet, nightstands had clear, sticky residue all over. TV was covered in gross little handprints. I asked for someone to address/clean issues while I was out. Was offered another room instead. i declined because I was tight on time and I had to go. Agent Said she would have someone take care if it. Upon my 945 arrival, I enter my room with no change. I visited same attendant, mention room hasn’t been addressed, she then says there’s no housekeeping on duty and offers to switch my room, Offering one up front that is much quieter (which I asked for before). The room, upstairs And near the front of the building, facing main entrance, Slightly larger, no cleaner. 15” dark stain on green chair in room 202. Gross. Two TV remotes for some reason, one is totally encrusted in grossness, carpet felt sticky, coffeemaker visibly dirty INSIDE. Hot tub also broken (surprise :/) Zero stars of I could. Staff was nice but inexperienced and without tools for success. Facilities were crazy and need a major refresh. Tuba music and the seven cop cars stationed out 202’s window were also not very fun.

This accommodation was a little disappointing because there was no wifi service (the clerk said it was because of the rainy weather [?}), the TV was far too complicated to use with no instructions. Also, the walls were paper thin and we could hear someone snoring in another room. :(

Absolutely fine Motel and perfect for our situation. We were traveling with our 20 month old and needed a room with a separate area so we could put him down for bed and naps and still be able to stay up and move around. The king suite was perfect for that. We also got trapped during the atmospheric river storm and needed to add an extra day last minute. The staff were really nice and helpful. The property is a little old and the room was a little shabby but for the price, area and amenities it was absolutely perfect. Will definitely stay again if we are going to the Monterey Bay Aquarium etc.
