Parfait
Malgré la seule nuit que nous avons passé dans cet établissement, nous avons pris le temps de profiter de la piscine et du bain à remous chauffé. La chambre est grande ainsi que la salle de bain. Très bel adroit.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. I traveled with my daughter and husband over spring break. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff members were extremely friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed our free breakfast every morning. Parking was easy. And the location was ideal! Just 10 minutes from the Monterrey aquarium and 10 minutes to Carmel! We are definitely going back next time!

The hotel staff was great--specifically Ernie at the bar. The hotel was quiet, but I felt it could use with additional cleaning and updating. The mini-split AC had a stale smell in the air and there were some cobwebs in the outdoor halls.

The hotel is really nice. Clean and kept well. The staff is friendly and professional. Great amenities: breakfast, cocktail hour from 5-6pm daily with complimentary wine. Wifi is a bit spotty. It was a little noisy in the evening since our room was above the front desk and bar area. Great location. I would stay again

Staff was very nice and accommodating, room was fine overall..., spacious bathroom with big shower, but no venting. Cons: Couldn't get the thermostat to bring the temperature of the room down... shower was warm, but couldn't get "hot", hot tub was the same way, lobby chairs super uncomfortable, and the breakfast was just terrible.
