A $1500 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air, clean carpets, and scrub walls. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house, to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7\. There are no indoor cameras. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules. Please park your car(s) in the garage. The entire home & yard is yours to enjoy. There is just a storage shed in the backyard that is locked and not for guest use. Note that a staircase with about 20 steps leads to the front door. We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, peaceful and quiet. It is in the perfect location, and it is also well equipped and has everything we need. Communication was fast and easy, and Andy and Jen always replied quickly and made sure we settled in properly. The house is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Easy to connect with property owners; great communication. The house is near stores and about 15 minutes to the Aquarium.
