I asked for a microwave one staff member said it would be in our room when we returned but it wasn’t. I called and asked for it again and was told they don’t do that. So which is it? I spent over $1,000 for a two night stay and my accommodations should have been much better than it was. Extremely disappointed! No AC in the room and only one of the wondows open. I know this is a rare situation but it would have been nice if they had fans in the rooms for days like this. Wouldn't be much of a cost for the Inn and definitely would hve made.the night more bearable. Weather was normal after that and we had a wonderful trip. I usually stay at the Normandy Inn when my wife and I visit Carmel which is a few times a year."
