Luxurious Villa Monterchi I boasts an amazing view of the Valtiberina hills.
The "villa" has undergone recent restoration, preserving every feature that makes a typical Tuscan country home. During the summer, guests can enjoy moments of refreshing relaxation in the large swimming pool. For complete privacy during the summer, sunbeds, umbrellas, and a gazebo surround the pool. There is a sizable garden where you can unwind in the Jacuzzi by the pool while taking in the view of the expansive valley below. There is a charming patio with a 10-person "al fresco" dining table on a slightly lower garden level.
The 250 square metre villa is beautiful from the outside, and we would like to take a look at the original construction before entering. Although stone is the predominant material, wood and wrought iron, which are used in the outdoor furniture, also have a role. Although the windows have been updated, the design still complements the villa's aesthetic. Without a doubt, the bedrooms are the most crucial component of any hospitality establishment. The centrepiece of the Tuscan rustic style are the bedrooms, each of which has air conditioning. Materials: wood, "cotto," wrought iron. Although the furniture is basic and almost austere, this is typical of a Tuscan country home. However, the bedrooms offer the ideal fusion of contemporary conveniences and rustic design.
