About 3 km from Monterchi is this friendly vacation home on a small hill, with picturesque panoramic views. The cottage has a large kitchen-living room with fireplace on the first floor, and other spacious living areas, all with exit to the terraces. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor and, especially romantic, is the large bedroom in the 'tower room'. On the spacious property you have exclusive use of the pool area with sun loungers; also covered terrace with barbecue, pizza oven; ping-pong, bocce. The location is quiet, suitable for relaxing, hiking and biking; from here you can easily explore the many nice Tuscan and Umbrian towns and cities in the area: Monterchi with its famous Madonna del Parto (4 km), the picturesque hill town of Anghiari (10 km). In the Tiber Valley: Sansepolcro and Città di Castello, each with a large market, pinacoteca and rich cultural offer (15 km). You will also like Citerna (5 km) with its original medieval circuit in the city walls and unique view of the valley. Everywhere here you can enjoy the local cuisine in the various small pizzerias and restaurants.Arezzo 35 km, Perugia 65 km, Monterchi (3 km): Sunday market.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit super Pool und großem Gelände

Unseren Urlaub im Juni 2025 haben wir im Haus von Simona und Gabriele sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig und wenn mal was ist wie ne Glühbirne kaputt, hilft Gabriele sofort. Der Pool ist ein totales Highlight, das Salzwasser super hautfreundlich. Die Lage des etwa 7000 qm großen Geländes ist sehr ruhig, das Gelände ist rundum sicher eingezäunt, perfekt für den Urlaub mit Hund. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Feiner Kuchen zur Begrüßung, eine super Einführung in das Pizzabacken am Pizzaofen, Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele… genial. Danke dafür.
