The building is dated back to 16cent, takes the name from the street where it rise and is owned by the family from over one century. The house has recently been renovated following the comforts and contemporary style. It is located in a short walking distance from the little village of Acquaviva (8km from Montepulciano), where you can find many facilities as supermarkets, restaurant, take away shop, bakery and pastry shop, butcher, pharmacy and oil pump. Here you will benefit of all the amenities of the town but enjoying at the same time of the beauty of Tuscany countryside. At your arrive you can comfortably park your car in La Vinova dedicated space located the fenced court shared with owners, equipped with automatic gate. Here is the entrance to your house: the accommodation located on the First Floor, composed by a luminous Living Room, equipped with fireplace, modern kitchen, the sofa and Air Conditioned (€ 1,5/KW). On the opposite side, the 2 bedrooms (1 Double bed - 1 Single Bed) both have a wide view on Tuscan countryside. On request we can add a double sofa bed in the living room. The Bathroom is equipped with a luminous window and a large walk-in shower.
