« Nous avons passé un séjour atypique, mêlant détente et calme, avec un panorama à 360° sur l'Adriatique. L'endroit est idéal pour les enfants, qui profitent de la piscine et de l'aire de jeu. La gentillesse de l'hôte a contribué à rendre le séjour inoubliable! (conseils en matière de gastronomie, de visites culturelles, et attention toute particulière envers ses locataires). « Es war sehr schön in San Benedetto. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Rest war auch so wie beschrieben. Sehr netter Vermieter. »

« Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnanlage mit angenehmen Nachbarn. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles Nötige, insbesondere der Töpfe und einem riesigen Kühlschrank. Das zweite Zimmer kann lediglich als Abstellraum genutzt werden, denn es hat kein Fenster und im Hochsommer ist es dann darin zu warm zum schlafen. WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Der Strand ist in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was die Lage besonders attraktiv macht. »

« Leider gibt es so gut, wie kein W-LAN, im Haus sowieso nicht. Satellitenempfang im Haus für komplett nicht vorhanden. Kein Wohnbereich, nur Essbereich. Bei Regen war unsere Hausfassade und der Pool voll mit schwarzen, großen Würmern. Pool war meistens bis 11 Uhr nicht nutzbar (zu späte Reinigung). Kein warmes Wasser im Jacuzzi. Wenn man sich im Bereich des großen Tisches (Darstellung im Internet) aufhalten wollte, gab es böse Blicke. Die Matratzen sind katastrophal und in die Jahre gekommen....

« Nice property in a calm location but only a few minutes from the sea-side. The owners were very welcoming and available to deal with all sorts of questions. They give many tips on good places to find local markets, beaches, fish restaurants, very affordable shoes,... They also organise a service to deliver fresh bread in the morning. Good sized pool and 1.2m depth throughout, making it ideal for kids. Only weak points were the variability of the wifi and the living / kitchen area of apartment H...

« Struttura davvero ben tenuta ed organizzata.Non manca nulla, panorama mozzafiato con qualsiasi condizione meteo.Immerso nel verde ma volendo mare raggiungibile con pochi minuti d'auto o con bella passegiata a piedi per gli amanti del trekking....ed infine ciliegina sulla torta, i proprietari Pino e Nicoletta sono due persone davvero squisite e speciali!
