With 67 m², this cozy and light-filled house is ideal for families, friends, or travelers looking for more than just a simple stay. The living room features comfortable sofas (including a sofa bed), a television, and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen invites moments of conviviality and is equipped with everything you need to prepare homemade meals: oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, and essential utensils. Upstairs, there are two carefully decorated bedrooms: one with a double bed and generous storage space, and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has clean towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee outdoors, relax, and soak up the peaceful atmosphere of the city. The nearest bus station, Montemor-o-Novo Cp, is just an 11-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 60-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
