"Everyone is very nice. They sent me a shuttle from the airport last minute because my rental car agency was no good. I was able to walk to the beach and Uber to Jacó and the Carara National Park easily. The pool and swim up bar were nice and the rooms seemed almost brand new. Thank you for a lovely week!"

"Hotel Ibiza Is a wonderful Oasis in Jacó … A short walk to the beach and it is in town close to many wonderful restaurants. The staff was amazing. They keep everything clean and are very attentive to whatever you need. The pools were great and the restaurant on site was good too! The pool side bar is open every day and Ariel fixed up wonderful drinks. We were in a king suite room which had a refrigerator and a king size bed, which was very comfortable. As per the other reviews, you can hear the bar next-door from around 9 o’clock at night till 12 or one in the morning. That was really the only downside that we noticed. We felt very safe, comfortable, and taken care of! "
