"This bay house is in a nice, very lowkey development that features a 3 minute drive to the beach. There’s a variety of food spots close by, and the boardwalk parking is about a 25 minute drive. When it comes to the house itself, it is dated, but still comes with great features. I think the best one is the deck & dock area right out the sliding glass door.
