The cool breeze, whistling wind, fresh crisp air provide the perfect condition to rest, relax and recharge. Off the main, a short ride up the bumpy hill leads to the perfect escape. This oasis is ideally located off the beaten track giving a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday living yet it is in close proximity to some of Jamaica’s finest attractions. Be sure to relax by the pool and make memories by the firepit. The space 20 minutes from Montego Bay Town Centre 25 minutes from Sangster’s International Airport 20 minutes from Doctor’s Cave Beach 18 minutes from Harmony Beach Park 10 minutes from Lethe Great River Rafting 7 minutes from Rockland Bird Sanctuary 14 minutes from Fairview Shopping Centre 1hour and 45 minutes from Ocho Rios (Dunn’s River, Mystic Mountain) 1hour and 30 minutes from Negril (Rick’s Café, Seven Mile Beach) 2hrs and 35 minutes to Kingston (Capital of Jamaica) Other things to note Our space is located in a tropical climatic zone as such there are tropical insects, bugs and rodents. We constantly try to control pests. However, it is not unlikely for there to be eventual sightings. Consequently, we encourage you to keep the doors closed, do not leave out food to prevent ant and fly infestations, use an insect repellent for mosquitoes and the like. Do not be surprised if you see lizards in and around the cottage. We know the power of a hot shower. As such, the cabin is supported by a 40 gallon solar water heater tank. This does not provide unlimited hot water. Therefore, in the event that your hot water supply runs low on a cloudy/rainy day, there is a switch in the closet that facilitates heating, electronically. The electronic heating process is not instant, it may take approximately one hour.
