I understand that each unit is individually owned. I would like to know if the owner of this property is interested in selling the unit. I can't believe that someone would own a place like this with such a magnificent view of the beautiful caribbean sea with its beautiful turquoise water and not take the time to update the apartment. I don't think the owner has changed a single thing since the place was built or even visited it for that matter. The TV looks like its from the 60s,and doesn't work, the grout between the white tiles is black (and not by design), the beige lampshades are black from dirt, the drapes are ripped and just as dirt ridden, the little coffee tables is so discolored with stains you do not want to put your food on it. But having said all that, I would probably stay here again because of the magnificent view, the convenience to Doctors Cove beach, the ability to walk to shops and places to eat such as Hussain Bolts statue and restaurant, the convenience of having a small grocery store on the building (2nd floor), and the price. So if you plan on staying here bring a small floor mat, your own towels and sheet, toiletries etc. and you"ll have a marvelous time.
