I enjoyed my stay here. I love that the beach is right on the resort, and that the resort had different activities that catered to adults or children throughout the day. The buffet food wasn't the best, but there were other options to choose from outside of the buffet that were good, such as the Jerk Hut. My room was clean and nice, and overall I had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Did a 2 nights unplanned stop sometime last year and was pleased with the property i had to come back for a real vacation but wow what a different a few months make, everything is down by 3 stars from the front desk to the room and the food, the food is like a 4 year old learning to cook.and this is new they need an ID for everyone even if its a new born.

When we arrived, we were not assisted with our bags. The baggage assistant just chatted and ignored us. He eventually wheeled our bags to the check in area. The front desk staff didnt smile or welcome us to the resort. On our way to the room, a male staff greeted us and was so welcoming. I stopped to register our appreciation. The food, terrible and bland. The drinks were so watered down, it was shameful.

This property was quiet and walkable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The amenities were kids friendly and diverse. The food was a great variety and delicious. I loved it.

Don’t do it. If you can afford to stay somewhere else-please do. By far the worst experience in my 12 trips to Jam Rock. For every good employee-I estimate at least 9 bad ones. Service is definitely different for different races. The food is terrible., rooms outdated and the service is not good at all. I caught an overpriced taxi from the front desk-and the dude left me-they tried to rob me at the KFC-food was that bad that I had to settle at a fast food restaurant. Don’t do it!

Enjoyed the beautiful beach. Property could use some upgrading, but I think they are working on that. Some of the staff may need a little more training on how not to be rude to quests. This was not overall, but some could use a bit more training with patience. Overall, a nice trip, felt safe, and enjoyed the beach and pools.

The overall experience at this property was great. There was only one take away and that was with the meals. Breakfast was great for the most part. Lunch and dinner weren't that good. Most of the menu items didn't taste anything like Jamaican cooking,and lots of them weren't thoroughly cooked. Other than that, it was a great stay,all the staff members were gorgeous, great service and good entertainment. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely visit again.

Our 1st room was newly renovated but had only a kingbed and a very uncomfortabe rollaway bed no sofa bed. So we had to change rooms as the roll away bed would not have been good gor my 13 year old. So they moved us to a room with 2 double beds. But we hardly had toiletries notyhjng tondrink in the room not even a bottle of water. The floors were dirty. Bits of paper all over. The food options were a bit limited and not overly tasty. But i guess i got what i paid for. The shower clogged up. Bad experience..

Great times at the Holiday Inn Montego Bay Inn All Inclusive. The resort offers a variety of amazing food all around, family friendly activities, its private beach and island are very relaxing and well kept. The resort is truly all inclusive with an adults only pool and beach area, kids club, water sports on site, an engaging Razzle Dazzle team, adult bar, etc. the property and staff provided an all around safe and great vacation for my family.

The water was turned off for maintenance during certain night hours but when coming back on, water pressure was low. The pool closed at 6pm which mean no swimming after that. My kids enjoyed eating the hamburgers, unlimited ice cream, and the beach.

I found this to be a lower level all inclusive, that is on an amazing beach with a nice pool. Food was good, just not a ton of options. Staff was awesome and outperformed at every occasion. Entertainment was great too. The rooms were clean, just need some TLC. I felt less cramped in a cruise room bathroom than our bathroom here. If you have space in your luggage, bring a Yeti. They will fill up those with beer, cocktail, or soft drinks. Reduces trips from the beach.

If you are going with kids 7 and under or you are over 70, this resort works. For everyone in between, you will be extremely bored. Entertainment is almost non-existent and what is offered is of low quality. The beach is broken out into multiple coves so the amount of space for chairs is limited. The water is calm and doesn't go beyond waist deep. Due to coral conditions, you can't really swim in the ocean, just sit in it.

This is really a kids friendly facility, my son enjoyed himself. Food was good, wish they had more Jamaican options on a daily basis. Staff was great except for this one waitress during breakfast, she is the least. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, however Holiday Inn please update your rooms as most of the things are old like the TV (my son says mommy i dont know how to use this remote) the air conditioner was rusting on the top, the bathroom knobs, the slide door handle, the door knob these all need replacement. We didnt like that there was no refrigerator in the room, its very hot in Jamaica and we wanted somewhere to store our water so they could stay cold (my family drinks a lot of water), we were told refrigerator is not available in all rooms we would have to request one so they put our name on a list, but noone never contacted us not even to give us an update (while we were booking our trip one of the amenities was a refrigerator).The Entertainment team was great, our entire family really loved that part. But never the less thank you for your hospitality.

The room we were given was not what we paid for. Was told that’s all they had. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. Not enough patio umbrellas to provide shade. The a la carte restaurants were not good. The food at the buffet was much better. Most of the staff were not friendly. When asked for something they seem bothered. The alcohol served was of poor quality.

This was a great stay for the price. I have 2 complaints: cats took over the outside smoking area and the adults only pool & bar closed at 6 pm! Our room was very clean, the food and drinks were great! This is not a 5 star resort, but it was a good resort! I was skeptical about booking because of the past reviews. The staff were great, patient, and accommodating! S/O to Chadisha at the Jerk Hut! The food was always fresh and the drinks were 10/10! Chadisha kept the drinks coming without us having to ask! Bottom line…..I will book here again!
