From the moment we stepped foot onto and leaving the Hilton Rose Hall Spa & Resort, Montego Bay property, the experience was AMAZING..!!! Loved everything about it. The grounds, property, amenities, rooms, beach, etc. are kept up in tip top shape. The culture, food and staff was AWESOME; welcoming, respectful and accommodating all day everyday. My family and I hated to leave. This was our first time to Jamaica (Hilton Rose Hall) and will not be our last. We found our spot..!!!

Overall the property is waht you would expect from any carribean stay the main issues we ran into were at check in and check out. The bad: 1 check in was long it and way more drawn out than it needed to be as people were there long before us that weren't checked in still when we finally did. 2 at check in they didn't give any rundown of the facility and the first teo days we just felt it out. 3 we were lucky to get checked in before some people that did before us but weren't given wristbands (has to be a better system to use for all inclusive) and our first room had no hot water which it took them a day to finally move us to a new room. 4 when checking out i cut myself no one had any kind of first aid and no one seemed to care kinda of a sour taste that i know i caused but really not even some gauze? The good: 1 view for oceanfront room was gorgeous. 2 even though the weather said rain everyday for a week we knly had one day. Restuarants were easy to get reservations and food and service was for the most part enjoyable. 3 drinks abundant but you will have to go get them. 4. Not over crowded which was nice as it was the off season

The staff was great. Rooms Confortable and clean, my only issue is since my favorite drink is Hennessy they should have it at more bars around the resort but the staff did an exellent job going wherever thwy keep it to gwt me some
