Awesome Jamaica vacay

First time at Grand Palladium in Jamaica. Great experience and bday celebration! Great food, true Jamaican food. Beach and pool was great. Jerk hut was great and the staff were so friendly! They truly took care of us!

From arrival to Departure everything was great. You got to go to the Spa And attend the evening entertainment. Every staff member was so nice. This was my second time going still great.?

Wonderful Resort. Will / Would Highly Recommend.

Cons: Needs to play more Reggae Music and also should have a strictly Seafood Restaurant that specializes and only servers local catch.
Location: Plenty of excursions available. We decided on Horseback Riding through Chukka. Was well worth it.
Grate place for Couples and/or Kids Young and Old. Will try to return asap if possible.

Really enjoyed this resort. Food resort staff and hospitality was amazing. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone. I'll definitely be back. My only suggestion for the hotel would be get more bartenders. Their is always a long wait for drinks.

Lovely Resort!!!! Gorgeous beaches and pool

Pros: The room and gym was big and clean. It never felt crowded at the beaches or at the pools. The resort was beautiful and the largest on the island.
Cons: The restaurants need to plan better for accommodating food for their resort guests. When all of the meat is out at the restaurant, it should be fixed.
Location: I took the Negril Beach, Shopping and Ricks Café tour bus for a good amount of money and had a grand time. Beach was amazing! Souvenir shopping good.
Although I loved the resort, my experience with the restaurants was not the greatest. This was my first time at an all-inclusive and I was not pleased. I am not the type of person to return food to the kitchen and I have never complained about a meal. But in this case, I kept hearing "we're all out" of the foods that I was ordering. On Monday, I figured they were just out because it was after a weekend. On Tuesday, I was hoping they wouldn't be out so I got to the restaurants early - they we're still out. Out of chicken, beef, T-bones, Sirloins, Mint for Mojitos, etc. It became a joke whenever I ordered something and would hear that infamous line. I always ended up having to get a random thing on the menu. Except for my last night, I was able to get the Pan Seared Salmon at the Poseidon restaurant and it was phenomenal! I loved the beaches and the water activities. The spa pool was another favorite - it was quiet and I was the only one in the pool. One other thing to mention, I became uncomfortable at how many resort employees were asking me for my phone number and trying to hit on me. It was one thing to be nice and make sure my stay was going well but it was a bit awkward to continuously get asked for my phone number.

Fantastic experience!

The staff was so happy and brought a real positive attitude to every aspect of our experience. I was a little concerned going there with a life threatening food allergy to dairy products but they put my mind at ease. Every restaurant had the chef come talk to me and I had no issues at all. The facilities were incredible, great pools, spa, gym, you name it. Tours were also easily organized by companies at the hotel. A great experience and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Stunning resort w/ a few disappointing experiences

Pros: The environment itself was beautiful, and by and large appeared to be very clean.
Cons: Simply adhere to written and posted hours and policies and provide the experience as promised on the website w/ restaurant availability etc.
The resort itself is beautiful, there were just a few issues that were mildly irritating, which is why I gave it a 3 out of 5. Only 1 of the 3 buffet restaurants were open at any given time and the one that they opened did not open on time once while we were there (on time according to the posted and published hours). Of the sit-down restaurants, only half were open on any given night, and they did not accept reservations as they said they did on the website. When I asked the front desk clerk why the app allowed you to make reservations at these restaurants if they didn't accept them, I was told that was for if you were sick....didn't make much sense to me. We were also "sold" to more often at this resort than at any other that we have ever visited...they want to sell you on their travel club, on the spa, etc. - which is fine if we were asked once but we were asked at least ten times a day if we wanted a massage at the spa and were approached every time we walked down the hallway to meet with someone about their travel club. Most of the staff were extremely nice and, as I said, the resort was gorgeous, no issues with the property, however the restaurants and some of the sales tactics were annoying, which stems from leadership and organization.

Great resort on the beach

My family and I had an amazing time at the resort. The only con was the wifi, which wasn't such a big deal since we were able to connect to it in general areas.

Pretty nice hotel. The housekeeping staff didn't show up until after 3pm. Besides that great location, great amenities and very nice restaurants
