Great resort ! Everyone so friendly & accomodating

Pros: It had everything you could imagine !
Cons: Maybe a little less of people asking you to purchase the extras
Location: Lovely location , but the excursions were not nearby
Great vacation ! One glitch that was resolved quickly .

Sehr großes Hotel mit schöner Anlage

Wir haben wirklich sehr freundliche Angestellte erlebt. Wir hatten auch nicht das Gefühl, dass alles nur für Trinkgeld gemacht wurde sondern einem die Einheimischen wirklich wohl gesinnt sind. Das Land und das Hotel sind auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert. Es wird zwar den ganzen Tag (und abends bis Mitternacht) viel geboten, dabei ist es jedoch kein Partyhotel. Ein Schwachpunkt ist, dass nur die sportsbar 24h geöffnet hat und diese nicht wirklich schön ist.

Love the beaches and choices in places to eat.

Pros: The people are tops!
Cons: Just some small maintenance items, fan in room did not work, chain on door broken.
Location: Love the resort never went off.
Overall a great experience staff is super friendly and helpful! This was our 3rd trip and we'll be back for a 4th!

4 Star hotel at its best. Very good service levels, choice, facilites and things to do for kids, couples and singletons alike. Some of the downers were: - even though the advertised 2 Buffett Hall's existed, only one was open at any given time - sad to hear Poseoiden restaurant was moving from a 7 day week to a 3 day week - food quality was not the grestest, but pretty good for all inclusive places - quality of bathrooms in the room (we were in building 13) could have been better

Love this hotel and the best thing Abou the hotel the entertainment team and especially smiley , Subrina, candy , Barbie , talawa ,trisy butter cup and the also the guys and I would come back because of those people they are funny so many activities they do during the day friendly basically they are the best .

Beautiful Resort

Pros: Excellent staff, clean, efficient, great food.
Cons: The pool water was a little on the could side
Location: Chukka is about 15 min away. Fun place to go.
This place is awesome. Much more reasonable too than the Sandals resorts. Well staffed, great food and great beach and pool. It is really big but a little golf cart shuttle service will take you to your room if you don't feel like walking. I would recommend going in the winter because it is perfect weather. The hotel has several excursion companies in the lobby who can sell you tours and take you anywhere on the Island you want to go.

A wonderful, overall experience!

Pros: Service, appearance of facilities, overall atmosphere
Cons: The un-renovated side is incredibly disappointing, food is a let down, and the sports bar was pretty gross/dingy. Better pictures for booking please.
Location: They are a bit out of the way, but you can rent a JUTA driver (from the local Taxi org) for $100 per day and explore the island. Negril recommended.
We stayed at the Grand Palladium for our Honeymoon. When we arrived on our first day, we were pleased with the very welcoming and fun-loving service. Everyone was exceptionally nice and everyone went out of their way to show us kindness and appreciation for being there. The facility itself is very nice, it looks impressive and is very large. I was happy with everything in the resort except for 2 relatively important things. #1 is that the buffet food and even most of the "a la carte" dinners were pretty disappointing (mind you, we didn't realize that the "a la carte" dinners were included until a few days into our stay, but that's probably our bad for not knowing what we paid for). The wait staff and service were wonderful, but I cannot say that the food impressed me. It wasn't terrible, most of the time, just sort of underwhelming and not as high quality or authentic as you would expect from a Jamaican resort staffed by actual Jamaican people. Issue #2 was our room. The room we booked online through Expedia seemed nice enough, but I was GREATLY disappointed when I was shown where we were actually staying. There are 2 sides of the resort, one having remodeled rooms that are SIGNIFICANTLY nicer than the other side. Fortunately, I expressed my displeasure about my room and the staff let be upgrade my room to one of the remodeled rooms on the nicer side of the resort (upsell successful!). Once in the remodeled room, all my dreams came true. Long story short, good overall 4/5.

Don't do it

Paradise became he$&. Staff exposed genitalia groped and harassed the two of us. No internet no phone. Rude staff that wasn't attempting a date. The room was filthy not a single good experience except security once I filed a complaint then I stayed in the room for the next two days from fear and being uncomfortable
