Lovely Resort!!!! Gorgeous beaches and pool
Although I loved the resort, my experience with the restaurants was not the greatest. This was my first time at an all-inclusive and I was not pleased. I am not the type of person to return food to the kitchen and I have never complained about a meal. But in this case, I kept hearing "we're all out" of the foods that I was ordering. On Monday, I figured they were just out because it was after a weekend. On Tuesday, I was hoping they wouldn't be out so I got to the restaurants early - they we're still out. Out of chicken, beef, T-bones, Sirloins, Mint for Mojitos, etc. It became a joke whenever I ordered something and would hear that infamous line. I always ended up having to get a random thing on the menu. Except for my last night, I was able to get the Pan Seared Salmon at the Poseidon restaurant and it was phenomenal! I loved the beaches and the water activities. The spa pool was another favorite - it was quiet and I was the only one in the pool. One other thing to mention, I became uncomfortable at how many resort employees were asking me for my phone number and trying to hit on me. It was one thing to be nice and make sure my stay was going well but it was a bit awkward to continuously get asked for my phone number.
