Great Pool

Pros: The pools, bars, and beaches
Cons: The sports complex area and the excursion explanations.
Location: Rick's Cafe and the catamaran tour was the funniest adventure by far. Do not do the Luminous Lagoon. Over 3 hours on a bus for 45 mins of a boat rid
The hotel is in a beautiful setting but some areas of the hotel are pretty run down. The sports complex is just kind of sad to look at besides the basketball court. The activities beach area was amazing plenty of things to do on one of the nicest beach settings I have been to. The staff was pretty friendly all over the complex. I only had one instance were the staff was not very attentive. That was in the buffet line. I was the only person in lie and instead of asking what i needed the cooks just gathered together spoke then cooked themselves food before asking what I needed. Also the excursions are very misleading. Lied to about which bars we would attend to and the time lengths of the bus rides.

Beautiful scenery

As you enter the gates of the hotel it's beautiful. Then you see the infinity pool along with all the buildings all with beautiful structures. Every angle you view is sheer paradise. Fantastic accommodation. Didn't want to leave. Wonderful staff. Food OK. Breakfast cold. Long wait for service in some restaurants. Good gym with 24 hr pool next to spa. A fabulous experience.

Very large hotel in need of updating

This hotel needs updating in terms of rooms.. Broken tiles, rusty bins etc. The food was better in the restaurants than buffet... Which was often too salty, repeated and reheated dishes. Please fresh juice.. Not from concentrate! And more variety of fresh Jamaican produce. Some nice staff. Hotel has potential..but feels cheap in what it offers..basa fish!! Come on now!!! We are in Caribbean not Aldi!!!!

Maintenance work on the hotel is a continuous process, in recent time, the Lady Hamilton side of our resort was renovated and refurbished to include a Presidential suite. All the juices served are fresh tropical juices and not concentrated, I apologize if it never tasted like that to you. Despite the negatives highlighted we look forward to hosting you again so that you can see all the improvements that would have been made.

Resort amazing landscape beaches staff great def recommend. Buffet restaurants outstanding Check in delayed by janitorial team Room required deep clean and decor needs updating. Toilet stained outside and in seat moved when used. Jacuzzi stained not appealing.

Great weekend at Grand palladium

Had a great weekend. Staff was courteous and friendly. Food was great...was in real danger of gaining weight. Beach was lovely...nice clear water..u could see the fish swimming by ur legs. If I had a complaint, it would be the nightly entertainment...very corny... But that did not affect my stay. Would definitely go back!!!

Beautiful place and courteous stall.

The checking in was a 3 hr delay due to a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel on one of my two reservations. This caused a room switch for 3 times which was caused by trying to accommodate my guests who were elderly folks .Once we got settled in the television which did not work took 2 days to be fixed. On the 3rd day the power was out in our room and an adjacent room for 4 hrs. It was reported immediately and follow up was done 2 more times after that. Maintenance got there on the 4th hour and said that he just got the alert about my room. Besides the weather which also rained for hall the day for the first 2 days, the hospitality was indeed GREAT and the ambience is excellent!!! Food was A+ and the unlimited drinking was indeed worth your money. Overall was a 4 out of 5 for the rating....

Excelent Resort

Great Property, slow service

Pros: The good: great property, one of the best kiddie pool, covered walkways
Cons: The not so good: slow service in restaurants The ok: food is decent we ate at buffet because we have a seven yr old
Location: Hotel located in Lucea which is in Hanover, Jamaica. We did not do any activities but there was numerous tour operators on the lower level.
