First time in jamaica

The hotel is beautiful. Staff is always friendly and welcoming from the start to the end of our stay. This was my first time in Jamaica and I would stay at this hotel again. Check in was a little confusing since. We booked the Jamaica side and they were trying to get us on the Lady Hamilton side. I didn't understand why however once I told the receptionist I wanted the Jamaica side the room was immediately ready for us. The resort was huge shuttle service was available but we decided to walk most of the time. vacation there was great. My only dissapointment would be the food. I wouodvr preferred if there were more Jamaican food besides the jerk hut that was only open 12-4. .. I would definitely recommend to their marketing team that whoever created that app needs to update it with more information for those who use it. I downloaded it and still didn't know where activities were held. Overall great time! We will be returning to Jamaica!

The grand palladium has everything for a fun successful all-inclusive vacation. Food was excellent. Accommodations also were excellent

I am very disappointed in this resort. Most staff are quite rude and unhelpful. We had situations where we asked questions and were just given a blank stare. A smile goes a long way. Our group consisted of 9 people and we asked if we could make reservations at the restaurants since our group was large. We were told we could not make reservations and every restaurant was first come first served. Most nights we ended up sitting at separate tables. The buffet food is terrible - it would've been 100% better if they didn't try making American food. I would've been happier with more local Jamaican food options. One night I was so hungry I ended up going to the gift shop for a bag of Doritos - $8.28 for a bag that normally costs $3.79. On the bright side, there are a good amount of free water activities to participate in and the beaches and pools are beautiful and clean. Additionally, this resort is NOT in Montego Bay, it's in Hanover which is about 40 minutes away from Montego Bay Airport. Cab prices are ridiculously expensive.

Nice but far from things

Pros: the accommodations were pleasant. we had a 1 bedroom suite and it was very comfortable
Cons: I dont think the air conditioner was fully functionally and the Shower drain plate was broken
Location: the location is isolated and everything to do is in the adjoining facility
The hotel was pleasing but a distance from everything. the shuttle carts was definitely a plus

The grounds were poorly kept- bathrooms not up to par ... The food selection was terrible did not cater for vegetarians. Some staff weren't accommodating not being pleasant. Most restaurants weren't open and when they were you'd wait on line for 25 + minutes to find out they aren't taking any more guests. You shouldn't feel like you are burden while on vacation !!!!! Extremely disappointed

The hotel could benefit from being cleaned. I was very disappointed with the overall appearance of the room. Rooms are very far away from everything. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful and provided lots of activities.

Every thing is in resort!

Pros: Good facility, great location, all inclusive
You may not want to leave resort to go outside for anything! Restaurants, food, entertainment, beach activities are all great.
