Good food and amenities, slow service
We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium, but there is definity room for improvement. The food was the best we've had at an all-inclusive, but service at restaurants, bars, and the desk is very slow. The swim up bar was also out of cups leaving people waiting about 30 minutes for drinks. All staff was very sociable and courteous, though.

We apologize for the slow service experienced at our bars, restaurants and reception. We will be working hard to have these issue addressed so as to improve customer service.
