My experience was not good not what I had expected my room is not what I want customers service is not good

We sincerely apologize as it relates to the room not being to your liking. Also we must apologize for the unprofessional service received that led to you not being able to enjoy the vacation you so deserve. Additionally, our Human Resources department has embarked on daily customer service training programs, aimed at providing just this kind of experience, and just the kind of staff that will be recognized among the best in the world. We again, do apologize for the poor service you as our valued client had experienced. We do appreciate all feedback nonetheless, as they will only assist us in improving our product and services
