"Everything was great except for shuttle service. The resort site states that it’s available for $20 round trip; however, it wasn’t available and I had to search myself for more expensive options. "

"I absolutely love the food, the people from front desk to waiters and housekeepers at this resort. The entertainment was awesome. Not sure what the name of the band was on 15 April but the singer was phenomenal!!! Shout out to Country for making us unknowingly enter a dance contest!!! Uuuugggh!! "

A verified traveller stayed at Riu Reggae - Adults Only - All Inclusive
"Overall I liked the location of the property. The property is close to the airport, beach, abd shopping areas. The staff was courteous and professional. The restaurant on the property served good food. It would have been nice if there was at least one complimentary meal offered as part of the price to stay there. In conclusion it was a nice place to stay. "
"The employees that work the bar areas were not friendly like the RIU in Cabo. There were a few great ones, Archer being the stand out! They others you could barely get their attention or they never said a work. Their tips could’ve been so much higher if they just would’ve had a little more personality. Other than that, the resort was a phenomenal."
