I unfortunately had a slightly cracked shower head upon my arrival, it wasn't visible to the naked eye but sprayed when turned on. I reported this to them Saturday evening and it was fixed Sunday morning - very efficient! The hotel is lovely and in an excellent location at the main hub of Amalfi, right by the shops and only a minute away from the travel hub and sea, with a direct view onto the plaza, overlooking the basilica and mountains. The only issue I had here was the noise, please bear in mind this is during the off season though, but they carried out street cleansing from 3am - trash collection, leaf blowing and gully cleansing. There appeared to be next to no noise insulation, resulting in a clear audible of the plaza activity. This was the only issue, otherwise the hotel excelled at everything."
