### Villa Le Panteraie with Pool and Panoramic Views

Villa Le Panteraie sits atop its namesake hill at 303 meters, offering stunning views of the Tuscan hills and Montecatini Terme plain. Recently built, the villa blends traditional charm—stone walls, Tuscan red hues, wooden beams, and terracotta tiles—with modern designer furnishings for elegant, welcoming spaces.  
  
Spread over three levels and about 400 sqm, the villa features private, fenced outdoor areas, exclusive parking, and an electric car charging station. On the ground floor, a panoramic terrace leads to a bright living room with dining area and direct outdoor access. The professional kitchen is fully equipped, complemented by a pantry, laundry, and service bathroom. There is also a double bedroom with private bathroom on this floor.  
  
Upstairs, enjoy a refined lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, games area with billiards and table football, and a panoramic terrace with ping pong. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms—one with shower, the other with whirlpool tub. The top floor offers a double bedroom with balcony and Turkish bath, plus a twin bedroom with private bathroom.  
  
Outside, the large panoramic terrace features a heated pool available on request (4x8 m, 1.40 m deep), spacious sun deck with loungers, outdoor dining area with kitchen, and a relaxing lounge. A path leads to the garden and a play area with swings.  
  
The south-facing pool is open April to October, offering beautiful sunsets and sweeping countryside views. Electric car charging is available on request for an extra fee.
